I had two rugs cleaned and you dud a beautiful job on both. One rug had been sitting at my mom’s house for awhile and that came back looking refreshed and bright. My other cheaper rug from the dining room was marked and worn. That came back looking wonderful with all marks gone. The gentlemen who came out were friendly, and quickly picked up and dropped off the rugs, got them placed and were delightful to deal with. I would certainly use this service again! Thank you all!

Heirloom is EASY to work with on scheduling, convenient use of text messaging. Pickup and delivery guys very professional and friendly. Our carpets were significantly damaged due to multiple little dogs in the house and Heirloom went out of their way to get them cleaned.

Exceptional cleaning of a loveseat (that I think is mohair and no one wants to clean), a 14-16’ long bench seat with back pillows and four accent chairs two of which I thought I’d be getting rid of they looked so bad. Stains I was sure would not come out because they’d been sitting for so long and everything is not just spotless, it has the nice clean fragrance. Barely noticeable but welcome.

Once again great experience with heirloom! I had all of my area rugs cleaned while having my floor replaced. So accommodating with the pick up, storage, and delivery. They look brand new again. Beautiful job!

Good quality cleaning for Persian rugs. I wish it didn't cost as much as it does, but it's worth it to preserve the beauty and integrity of the rugs. Convenient pick up and delivery, and the courtesy calls by drivers alerting that they are on the way are a good part of the service. Decent two-hour pick up and delivery windows.

Fantastic service— pick up, rug cleaning, and delivery. My dog had the worst kind of tummy trouble, and I thought our gabbeh rug was ruined. They made it look like new! I can’t recommend Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning enough. Do yourself a favor and call them first.

I had used heirloom previously to have three large carpets cleaned and they did an excellent job! Yesterday I had a couch and a wing chair cleaned and again, and excellent job was done on time, Greg was pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them in the future!

A portion of the fringe was still dirty looking. Not sure if it was missed or just wouldn't whiten up.
Other than that the rug itself looks fantastic!

Had a wool area rug with a major biological stain. The rug came back in almost new condition. The stain was very well removed and only if you knew where to look was it noticeable that it had even been there. I did not think it would ever look as wonderful as it does. Fantastic service. Pick up and delivery personnel were excellent. Will use this company again should I need their service

Heirloom cleaned my Persian rug that was gifted to me by my Dad 38 years ago. It was returned in the time they quoted and is odor free with less stains. There was no due bleeding. It was deodorized and is in better condition now. Very glad I used Heirloom.

I had two Oriental carpets cleaned and they came back beautiful as always. As for price not sure because I have used them for years and never "shop" pricing. They were having a 30% off when I cleaned them this time. They always do a good job and go above and beyond to help.

I needed an oriental rug I owned cleaned and found Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaner online with many 5 stars, so I contacted them. They picked up the rug which I thought had bugs in it, but when they picked up the rug they inspected the rug and did not see any bug damage. They retuned my rug and it looks like new. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will use them again. If you need an oriental rug clean they will do a fantastic job. Price was reasonable for the cleaning. The driver, Todd, was nice and very professional. Thanks for the fantastic job!
