First of all I had a misunderstanding of the renewal service for today. I was thinking that I was getting a treatment around the perimeter of the house today. I received a text message from 2 different technicians (Becca and Raymond Yarley). I spoke to Raymond yesterday and he told me that he would be at my house between 2-3pm today. Becca was scheduled between 12-5pm. Becca came and ask me to do the inspection inside of my home and I told her that Raymond was coming at 2 to do the inspection and she said OK. I didn't know that this was 2 different inspections until Raymond came later. Becca said that she was going to inspect the outside perimeter and she told me that I would only get a treatment if they find something because it's every 10 years. She said that she would let me know when she's finished. I saw her walk around the house and when she finished she just got in her truck and left. She didn't tell me anything. I was waiting for her to tell me that she was finished or no findings or to check my email or anything, she just left and I'm thinking for $444.10 she could have at the least say that she was done it only took her 15-20 minutes tops to walk around the house.

The tech that came out to my house today, Isaiah Rivers was very professional and friendly, he explained what he was doing and what he found. I highly recommend Florida Pest Control

This is nothing against my tech. But usually, I get a call the night before because of my dog. I have a broken foot and tibia, so I could not answer the door. The gate was open and a neighbor just found my dog at 4:30. Please call the night before or make sure the dog is in the house!

Mark showed up on time and performed his inspection and treatment the best he could however I’m sure the problem still exists and termite damage will need to be repaired on 1st and 2nd floor rear of property to avoid major construction failure plan and proposal forthcoming
