He stopped by and let me know my HOA had a deadline for pressure washing—something I didn’t even realize. He offered to take care of it right then, and I’m glad I said yes. He did a great job on the house and sidewalks—everything looks super clean now. Really appreciated the heads-up and how quickly he handled it!
