David was the absolute best!! Called one company they said they couldn’t fix the stain, David comes SAME DAY and has it done perfectly!! Stain is completely gone. My life savior. Thank you so much David!

Cannot recommend this company enough! As a couple in our late 20s, we were looking for someone reliable, does a great job, but also fits our budget. We are currently renting and unfortunately our landlord refused to clean our floors when we moved in (they were sticky, dirt everywhere, discolored grout, etc). This was super disheartening because we take pride in the place we live and love to host. Thankfully, we found David and he not only was super fast to respond, but priced us within our price range!! Our floors are now cleaned and I can’t express how thorough of a job he did! Our rental is finally starting to feel like home.

Dave came out to Baker county to clean rugs in two bedrooms, living room and dining room as well as tile and grout in the main bath, kitchen and breakfast nook. He promised to make everything look new again. These 20 year old carpets and tile grout that have seen a total of 8 dogs! Like new? We'll see!
Four hours later....
He wasn't kidding! Everything was nearly perfect! I say nearly, because I'm a realist, they are 20 years old...
Dog stains, gone! Traffic areas, clean and soft, not stiff and sticky! Grout, best it's ever looked! He even went above and beyond what I wanted done. He cleaned a couple of bar stools, washed kitchen base boards, and helped move furniture.
There is no doubt, I WILL be using his services in the future. Thank you Dave!

David and Steam Pro did a REMARKABLE job cleaning our travertine tile floors in the North Beach neighborhood at Vilano Beach. With 10 years of accumulated dirt and using other services with limited results, we were blown away. The floors literally look brand new. David was very professional from start to finish, and we recommend him wholeheartedly.

David was amazingggg!!! He did a great job at deep cleaning my carpet!!! He came in saw the carpet was loose and stretched it as much as he could with the furniture on the carpet!!! He took his razor cut it and the wrinkles were out which made the carpet look 1,000,000,000 times better!!! The carpet looks brand new literally he was quick went back over certain spots that were dirtier than others and I was pleased!!! Don’t run walkkkk he is really that guy!!! Nice warm friendly personality felt like he was a part of the family tbh!!!! Thanks David you are the best!!!!

I mean the pics don’t lie! Brightened up even more after it dried. Idk what magical products they use but it definitely works! You can tell they love what they do, have great customer service, and came out very fast. Same day if I remember correctly. They definitely put pride into their work and I highly recommend working with them!!

Staff was Unprofessional and extremely rude, property wasn’t cleaned as per agreement and they stole things from my rental.

These people are amazing!! We used K&B for a move-out cleaning prior to tenants moving in, and it has never been as clean as it was after K&B was finished. We were absolutely blown away when we saw the house.They were friendly, easy to contact, and did a phenomenal job for a reasonable price. We will continue to use and recommend them as much as possible!
