We had a large area rug that we thought was really only fit to be dumped. We have old pets
that have issues with vomiting etc. it was delivered back this morning & it is seriously like
new again. Now it also has a stain shield. In addition we had 3 runners cleaned , they also
look like new. I thoroughly recommend RugPro . Tom was punctual, explained my options
clearly without any ‘hard sell’ & was extremely professional. All rugs were collected &
delivered back to us in a very timely manner. I’m extremely impressed with RugPro.

Use the pick-up service. It makes the whole ordeal (4 rugs of different sizes and conditions) very easy and enjoyable. The time-line was as they said and we got our rugs back clean and on-time. We chose Pro Rug for their delicate process (leaving the rugs close to the floor - not dragging wet rugs up to a machine - they process them fully-submerged in water with sonic action... see the video) and now, we are pleased with the great service too. This company has cleaned our family room area rug at their facility 3 times now. They pick up the rug. Call and send pictures as they work on the rug. Deliver it back to our home and put it in place. The drivers are curious helpful and On Time. They always do what they say they will. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a couple rugs that had graciously dealt with elderly rescue dogs. I was very happy to find a service to give them a thorough cleaning to “reset” them beyond what I could do with my personal carpet cleaner. Now they are completely odor free and as vibrant as ever!

These guys are the best. Seriously, I had a very precious Persian rug cleaned and the results were absolutely astounding. The results of the cleaning floored me as the rug looks better than new! The customer care and courtesy exhibited by Joy was top notch. The way it was delivered to my home was totally professional with Isaiah picking up another one of my heirlooms. Rug Pro cleaned a 100 year old Persian carpet for us that may have never even cleaned. It came out looking beautiful & patterns could be seen around the edges that we weren’t able to see before. They even offered to take another smaller oriental rug we had for the same price. The delivery man, Isaiah, was friendly and professional & communicated well about pickup and delis times.

Had two area rugs beautifully cleaned by RugPro. The staff was friendly , pricing fair and they were very accommodating keeping the rugs an extra couple of weeks while we were finishing home renovations. I highly recommend.

Isaiah gave me a quote, carried off our rugs, performed the services and delivered them - all himself. They look great! He was courteous, professional and on-time if not early. I needed them done on a tight schedule, and they worked that out, too! Additionally, he had slightly over-quoted while on-site, but once he got accurate measurements, he corrected the quote and charged me less than expected. That's integrity! I would highly recommend this company!

I have called them after setting an appointment today and they said they would arrive at 1230. I have call multiple times and not one call has been picked up since the time of the appointment. I have moved everything in my house and got them ready and prepared all rooms and I have now been stood up. I don’t understand what’s going on or if this business is a sham but I could tell you that this is one of the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to carpet cleaning

RugPro did a fabulous job cleaning and restoring our Oriental Rug. It had been more than 5 years since we had it cleaned. It is a high traffic area and we have an older dog. I never expected it to come back looking brand new -- yet it DOES look brand new. I highly recommend RugPro. They deliver top notch service.
