Today was first time using SteamPro Carpet services. David and James did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. They are very detailed. The carpets look awesome. The carpets look so much better than I when I moved in. The products they used left my carpets in fabulous condition. SteamPro Carpet cleaning services is my carpet cleaning service from now on. I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with David from steam pro. I am a teacher and I called to inquire about getting rugs cleaned for a few of us. He came picked the up and gave us an unbeatable price. He delivered back today. I thought they were brand new again. He was very professional. An amazing communicator continuously updating Me about the progress of the cleaning. He and his associate had pleasant attitudes and answered all our questions. He has gotten a permanent customer from teachers at Crystal Springs.

The only reason I didn't give Steampro 5 stars is because at first there was a issue with scheduling and I was a bit concerned. However, David and his team came and did an exceptional job on my carpets. I honestly was concerned that he wouldn't be able to get them really really clean. But, I was totally amazed at how the carpets looked after they cleaned it. I've had my carpet cleaned before by other companies who claimed to be able to do a really good job. But, this is the first time ever that my carpet was cleaned this good! I don't know what David uses but it made my carpets look and feel soft and clean. I will definitely recommend Steampro. To me, so far, they are the best in the business! Take a look at the before and after picture and you'll see why I'm raving about Steampro!

David is a cool dude who is very professional and easy going. He gave me a great price on my sectional couch that was rough from six years of kids and dog abuse. He knocked it out quick. The couch is looking and smelling brand new. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Thanks David!

I received same day service when I called for an estimate to clean 3 large area rugs. I spoke to David who answered every question I asked without hesitation. Upon request I texted pictures and received an estimate, that was beyond favorable than what other vendors quoted me. The job from beginning (on time) to completion ( clean up) was executed professionally. My rugs look clean and vibrant like the day I first purchased them. Thanks for the good hassle free service. I had several spots where my dogs and cats had gone to the bathroom on my carpet, so I decided to get it professionally cleaned. The Carpets were so bad that we almost did a full reinstall. But then decided to check out SteamPro and see if they could help. David was our Service person and did an outstanding Job. The carpets looks as good as new now. And their price was also very economical. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.
