On time and did a great job! I couldn't be more pleased with Steampro my carpets look new and they were dirty and stained ' I recommend this company to everyone! Great job and great price!

We tried Everything we can think of get stains out of carpet. I reached out to SteamPro’s and talked to David, extremely nice guy came by gave me a estimate on what it would take to get the stains up. David is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to stained carpet and grout cleaning. He was able to get all our stains up the first time, we would highly recommend using steam pros, top in the business.

We had a very stubborn stain on our carpet and David was able to get it cleaned to the point where the carpeting looks brand spanking new. We will definitely refer David and use them again.

David recently cleaned our 3 bedroom home and living and dining room area. He was thorough through out the whole cleaning process. He got Stains I wasn’t expecting to come out! He took his time. Great experience with David and his wife and his partners! Really quick, responsive and really looks out for your best interest with regards to your home needs! David and his partner fixed our disposal, our dishwasher connections, sink and our showerhead in as little as 2hrs! Superb!

David is excellent and incredibly thorough. Called on a Saturday to clean our sofa he came the very next day. He made our old couch look new! He truly cares about his work and the end result for his customers. Can’t recommend enough!

RECENT UPDATE (DECEMBER 2025):

I’m very disappointed to update my previous review of David Dillavou and SteamPro. David remodeled our shower floor six months ago, and his own texts and the written quote/invoice clearly stated he would return at the six-month mark to inspect the floor and apply the final seal.

Despite multiple attempts to schedule this required follow-up, David has repeatedly ignored my messages—reading them but never responding or taking any action.

This complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend David Dillavou or SteamPro to anyone.
