Alex came out to look at our pool pump issue's, which were several. I had an estimate that afternoon. Today, Zach arrived to install all my new equipment, he is such a very nice guy. From the beginning to the end you can't have a better company to service your swimming pool issues. Thank you North East Florida Pool Service. You guys are awesome.

We have been having NE Florida Pool Service for about 15 years taking care of our pool. We have only had one bad service technician. Our service technician now is Candace and she is wonderful, very pleasant and makes sure everything is good with our chemicals!!

Candice is wonderful. She has been maintaining our pool for a year and it is beautiful and she is pleasant to work with. Our dog who doesnt like anyone likes Candice. The pool is beautiful.

My review is a few months late, and I apologize to Alex and his crew for that because they are fantastic. My previous pool equipment was on its last leg, and after Alex came out to look at the system, provided a quote the same afternoon. Their quote blew the competition out of the water - full system upgrade (pump, filter, heater, and pool light). He explained the entire system and the Pentair Screen Logic app. I recommend Northeast FL Pools for your pool needs, and I thank them immensely!

We have used Northeast Florida Pool Service for thirty plus years. Although we have always been extremely happy with their service, our tech Demetrius has our pool down to an art! It sparkles, it shines...it’s perfect. His attention to our pool is outstanding! What a nice and personable young man. Fine example of what an employee should be. I found North East Florida and Pool Repair Service on google. They were highly recommended on google. I called them and am very happy I was able to find them. William and Alex who I spoke with were very helpful, professional and great. They asked me to send photos of our pool equipment and based on the photos, were able to give us a quote on the pump replacement. Nick, their technician came out the next day and replaced our pool pump. Nick worked diligently, was efficient, professional and impressive. We would definitely use them again if we need to. Highly recommend them.
Just fyi, the first pool company we contacted made an appointment with us, did not want to give a window/time and never showed up, never called.

We have had issues with a "cocktail pool" since it was installed 14 yrs ago by a random company that we should've known better. We've had several pool companies try to repair different issues over the years and most were hit and miss. The last company we used threw their hands up and said "find somebody else" for the repair of a pump with suction issues (systems goes uphill). We called North East Florida Pool Service and Rae came out to assist. This is obviously not their install, but he was SO HELPFUL in troubleshooting our problem and literally fixed it in 30 mins...after the last company was clueless. Rae was very professional, actually was intrigued to figure out the problem, and scheduled us quickly to come back out and fix it. The pump and full system (that we asked him to clean up some other additions as well) is now working perfectly and for SO much cheaper than we were expecting. Thanks again Rae...we are very satisfied customers and will continue to use you for any other questions/needs we have. MUCH APPRECIATED, IN A TIME WHERE FEW SEEM TO WANT TO WORK.

North East Florida has been our service company for almost 19 years and they have consistently provided excellent service. Just today Marcus took the time with my husband to help him figure out a problem we were having with our pump. He also provides great notes with issues he sees that need attention. This is invaluable, expecially in the winter when we are not paying as much attention as we should.

We have had NE Florida pool service for over 2 years now. Excellent service all around. They assisted with finding leaks as well as keeping our pool in balance and clean. Bradley does an amazing job and we continue to be a happy customer with NEFP!

We’ve used Northeast Florida Pools for a couple years now and, for at least the last year, Marcus has come to take care of our pool. He has been the best caretaker we could ask for. He is always contentious and courteous, polite, personable, and professional. It’s nice to work with him.

We’ve had a great experience with our pool guy Tra K. He’s been the service guy for our resident a few months and does such a wonderful job.

Bradley does an excellent job on our pool. It is surrounded by trees and always looks great after his service.

NE Florida Pool Service has been servicing our community pools for about 7 months. Our service technician Candace is thorough, wonderful, very pleasant and makes sure everything is good with our chemicals! Also, the service manager Katelyn is always efficient with responses & solutions. To add to all of that, the repair team dose an amazing job with the timely repairs. 10/10 would recommend!

Been using them for at least 20 years. Always responsive. Our pool turned green and Alex R came by and within 2 to 3 hours it was perfectly blue again. Alex R is EXCELLENT and takes pride in keeping our pool looking great. William in the front office is excellent as well----always responsive . If you dont want to maintain your pool then this is the company you want to take care of your pool.

Since Marcus has been taking care of our pool, we have been extremely satisfied. He understood our needs and how to keep our pool sparking and clear. Thanks for the good service.
