Mattie is always puntual and ready to clean after my guest are out. She makes sure to let me know if something is broken or unusual when she gets to the house, she provides me pictures as well. She is open for feedback and responds well to it. I really likes her and recommend her for your short term rentals cleaning .

Mattie and her team have been cleaning my properties for a year now. At least 5 different units. My cleaning reviews are always 5 Stars. The care and professionalism she has shows up in what she does every day. I tell Mattie all the time that I could not do this without her and her team. They have truly been the backbone of my short term rental business, and I would refer them over and over again.

I recently hired Perfectly Pictured Cleaning Services for a deep clean of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. They paid attention to even the smallest details. The customer service was excellent, and scheduling was easy to do. If you’re looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service, I highly recommend them. Will definitely be using their services again

Best example of bait and switch fraud I've come across. The owner, Kelly, was extremely thorough on the walk through covering every inch and promising a litany of services including laundry. We agreed to a price which I have in writing that included home cleaning and laundry services for 4 consecutive weeks which I gave to my wife as a birthday present - I was ecstatic because the price was great and Kelly had waived a deep cleaning fee and laundry fees. However, once services began was when we realized how much she had oversold their abilities. The first deep cleaning was scheduled for 2pm on a Tuesday but the cleaners didn't arrive until 3:30. Okay not a big deal but not a great first impression. The ladies did a great job but didn't get to everything that was promised. They said they'd cover everything next week with the 2nd deep cleaning. Well 2nd deep cleaning comes around and only 1 cleaner shows up. She assures us the other cleaner is on the way, yet she never shows. So the poor woman tries desperately to hit everything but being by herself, was not able to do any deep cleaning or laundry. What's worse is Kelly stopped by and we thought maybe she was being a great boss by getting down in the weeds with a staff shortage but rather she berated the poor woman for a solid 15 minutes about another property -
so much so that the lady was on the verge of tears. My wife said it was so awkward to be standing there for all of this. Staying diplomatic, I contacted Kelly about maybe moving our time slot up so that the cleaners could hit everything. She curtly said that I'd need to now contact another cleaner, whom I've never met, to work out the schedules and what services were missed. I thought this an odd response from the owner, but obliged and contacted the other cleaner. This woman responded that Kelly did not know how to effectively price out house cleanings and that she was not going to honor our written agreement. As you might expect, I was dumbfounded playing referee between owner and employee. When I contacted Kelly for help, she took the side of the employee and stated that she'd given me a great deal to begin with so I shouldn't be upset about the fact they would not get to everything we'd agreed to. Nevertheless she said she'd call to assuage my fears. Yet, that call never came. I called her but did not get a reply. We were slated for our 3rd cleaning today and I really thought they might at least come by to try and make things right by honoring a written agreement, but still, no one came. I have to say, Kelly is one of the most unorganized, dispassionate, unprofessional, and abrasive human beings I've ever dealt with. I've never been treated with such wanton disdain and certainly never had a vendor completely renege on a written agreement - an offer and an acceptance - with such egregious disregard. Caveat Emptor - buyer beware. Kelly promised everything, failed to deliver, and then had the nerve to say she wouldn't honor our agreement because she'd already given me such a great deal.

We love NEFL pool service. We have been customers for almost 5 years and are very satisfied. When we had a problem with our system, Alex handled our pool repair in a timely and professional manner and fixed issues that other people were unable to determine. They are very responsive and efficient.

Bradley does an amazing job maintaining our pool. I don't think it could be any better!!!!!! Pew Pew Pew!!!!!!!

Thank you Eric and Alex! I had an issue with my pool pump and Eric responded quickly with a service time for the tech to come out and take a look at it. The initial diagnosis was inconclusive, but after getting more information he had someone out the next day to take another look. Alex came out and quickly figured out the problem and addressed it on the spot. The quality of the repair was great and the price was very fair. I owe Alex and Eric a huge thanks for their responsiveness and service. I would absolutely recommend them for your pool maintenance and service needs.

Professionalism is of high Quality. They explained all the steps that they were doing to my pool. They cleaned up DAILY after themselves and left NO MESS. My pool was finished in a timely manner and I would highly recommend North east Florida pool for any pool service needed.

We had a difficult time getting someone to come out and replace our pool pump and timer. After reaching out to at least 3 other companies to no avail, we contacted NE
Florida Pool Service. Alex came out and replaced the pool pump and timer in a timely and professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the level of service we received and would definitely recommend and use their services again.

We have had NE FL Pool Services coming to our home weekly since June 2019 I believe. They helped us with a new pool pump in April 2022 that had a malfunction/stopped working in July 2023. Alex at NE FL who had helped us with purchasing the pump jumped in to action for a warranty swap with the manufacturer. A month later Alex is still getting the run around from the manufacturer, he decides the NE FL Pool will pay for a new pump themselves to get us back up and running, while he continues to deal with the warranty issue on the broken pump. Zach the technician comes right out for the pump swap, and the water is rocking and rolling once again. Our 5 year old came home from school and we made the biggest splash to celebrate his first week of Kindergarten. Thanks so much to Alex for all his hard work. And Zach for his speedy install.

Still waiting for someone to return our phone call regarding installation of an unnecessary part on a broken pool heater that needs to be replaced. If you do not know who I am, maybe you should check your list of customers you have failed to follow up with. Thanks. More reviews coming soon if I do not get a follow up contact.

The pool cleaner Savannah has done an amazing job cleaning the pool that we can't use due to the broken heater. She is extremely nice and genuine.

This is just my personal opinion.

Okay follow up to my previous post, we did hear back from them and they did mention my review. They did apologize to us for the lack of contact and they to agreed to refund the price of the part, however I am still out the labor cost and additional labor cost for another repair person to diagnose the issue with my heat pump.

This should have been recommended first prior to charging me for the part for a heat pump that needs to be replaced. So if you think charging someone labor of $200 is fair to do unnecessary work then have them pay an additional $85 to another company because you were not certified to complete the diagnosis is fair. Okay

I will give them 5 stars for being respectful, courteous, and extremely nice. At the end of the day, I am not happy about being out $200 for their unnecessary labor cost and another $85 to another company.

I would have thought they would have credited the labor cost of the second repair person when they found out there work was not needed. I would have still be put $200 but at least I would have felt fairly treated.

This is my experience, yours may be different.

My girlfriend received a voicemail from the company stating for me to remove my review. After keeping my $200 some odd dollars for their labor cost of unnecessary work. I think not no way. I cannot allow everyone to have this experience. I am going to be posting a pic of the empty space where the display was on my worthless pool heater. To be clear, I paid them over $200 for them to remove a display from my heater then was left high and dry by them when they told me to call an AC company to diagnose the issue. No recommended AC company, they run a pool company with no business to business relationships. Wow This cost me another $85.

They do a great job cleaning the pool. Anything pass that remember this review. In my opinion and my experience DO NOT DO IT.

Marcus is the man. He's the best pool tech I have had in over 5 years. I had been having issues with my pool for a while, but when he came on board, he did everything he could to make it right and usable for my kids and me. Can't thank him enough. Highly recommend!

I have had too many tech’s assigned to my weekly pool maintenance . Alex is new but has been doing a great job. Please don’t remove him from the route that service my pool.

Alex at NE Pools meet every appointment (the estimate and installation) on time and with knowledgeable expertise. He also came twice after the installation to fix a minor problem and answer our questions. We had the entire pool equipment including heater replaced a month ago. Runs great and easier to clean. I highly recommend this company and especially Alex.

So I got 3 quotes for a pump motor and pump since we’re having a pool party soon. Alex happened to call me back and I have him a shot for the 4th quote. Not only we’re they more affordable he took the time to explain things my own pool company should be doing and mentioned in the quote. Next day they were out here and my man Zach- did an amazing job replacing and upgrading my motor and pump. He also noticed that the chemicals are not right which my current pool company should be handling. And why we get stains on mar-cite. And also mentioned a few other things that should have been done for the $$ we pay. So needless to say I’m getting a new pool company and also will use them for any other repairs we need. Our regular pool guy has been Marcus for months now and he is the best! He goes above and beyond, not only to do the cleaning needed, but to educate us on how to get the most out of our pool and his service. Plus, our dogs adore him!

I had Alex come and look at my pool issue and he fixed it up in no time flat. He was responsive and quickly took care of business. Our pool was acting up, Alex Miller came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. He found us a new pump as quickly as possible and replaced it himself as soon as it came in. I've used other pool service providers in the past, but North East Florida Pool Service was an absolute pleasure to work with and they did an excellent job! They were able to advise my husband and make a recommendation through photos, so the day they came, they were ready to work. Simon was very nice, knowledgeable and professional.
