Alex has been doing an AWESOME job! He’s been cleaning my dad’s pool for about 5 months ago and my father said it has never been better than when Alex is his pool tech!

Second week of having Brad visit for pool maintenance. Outstanding service. He is professional, courteous, and efficient. Has done an outstanding job. Highly recommend NE FL Pool service and ask if you can get Brad to be your professional, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been with NE FL Pool Service now for quite some time. They’re one of the few who I could find that clean my vinyl pool, and they do a spectacular job. Whenever I’ve had issues, they’re prompt in addressing them or correcting anything they might have missed. They’ve done so at a reasonable price, as well.

Demetrius, our pool tech, is especially good. He has been the best we’ve had, and is always letting me know if I need to do anything such as changing the pool filter, pump, anything I can do between maintenance, etc.

He’s always on time and lets me know in advance if he’s having any issues on his route or scheduling issues. Highly recommend.

Our pool was turning into a pond that only frogs could enjoy. We called Alex at North East Florida pool service and he promptly came out to the house and confirmed that our DE filter was broken. He recommended switching to a cartridge filter because it was easier to maintain (no backwashing - yay!), and that it would take up less space. A few days later, our new filter was installed and the pool was on the road to recovery. Sorry frogs.

There’s not enough stars available, that shows the quality of work that Candace provides. She went above and beyond to make sure my pool was in tip-top shape for an event I was having the next day. There was algae, tons of sand and rock from the paver install.. and in no time at all, it was crystal clear and looked the best it ever has. She has a very strong work ethic, personable and spends the time to make sure it’s done correctly. Thank you Candace 🙏

Marcus did a great job for my pool. I used to struggle with keeping up with the chemicals, and the pool always wanted to turn green. Since Marcus took over just a few weeks ago, my pool is really starting to look amazing now. Water is crystal clear, even though my pool is outdoors surrounded by trees with no pool screen.
I am able to finally enjoy the pool, instead of fighting those algae.

Bradley services our pool for North East Florida Pool Service and does a great job. He's professional and reliable; our pool is cleaned, filter and pump checked, once a week. If there are any issues, he lets us know.

We have been using north east Florida pool service since moving into our house to check the water chemical balance and to clean the pool and hot tub on a weekly basis. Bradley is great to work with and addresses all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommend NE FL pool service.

Bradley serviced our pool today and is new in town from Kentucky. We have used North East Florida Pool Services for years to keep our pool water clean and balanced. We have not had such great service as we had today from Bradley. He took time to complete the card, checked the water to balance and his customers service is second to none at this company.
