He came in and inspected the carpets and got right to work he was completely finished in about 45 minutes and he took care of two rooms for me. The carpet smells great and looks very clean! We had Fernando come over to do a room that had some old carpet stains and some closets that were very stained as well. He came over very quickly and did a terrific job! Everything looks perfect, and he could not have been nicer. I highly recommend!!

We should have had a clue from the very first time they came to clean... They didn't stay to clean, because they couldn't find the light switches. Hmmm... really? And from there it continually got worse. Floors weren't mopped, sinks were found dirty, trash wasn't emptied. When they finally found the lights - they were continually left on. The final straw was when we had contracted them to strip and wax our floors the week before our teachers came back for fall semester. The crew didn't show up on Friday afternoon as promised. We had arranged volunteers and staff to be available for furniture moving. Of course since City Wide was 24 hours late, then we didn't have our team anymore. People DO have other things to do on a weekend! The job they did was sloppy and incomplete. Large patches of flooring were left un-stripped and un-waxed. They used so much of their cleaner, that it rolled right into our hallway carpet. The crew said, "Don't worry, it'll dry." Well - it didn't and we had to clean it. That is, after we asked them to come back and take care of it - but they were a no show.
Promises. Promises from upper management. "We'll improve." "We're on it now." Promises broken.
I could probably go on - but honestly... I'm busy and have a business to run. THAT is why I needed someone reliable; someone that I could depend on to clean our school. Just wanted to save people a little time.

At one of the most heartbreaking times, Jimmy was compassionate and showed caring for our sweet Thomas. They had the cutest cat angel sleeping on a rock for our Thomas. Thomas will take his place among the honored dead. Wright with Dusty, Sabrina, Beau, Butch, and Harrison. Well loved and cared for baby cats.

This company will steal you bond deposit if you have a contract with them even if give it back to them in good conditions and appropriate time manner and conditions . Calling the office is a waste of time . They don’t return your calls ! STAY away from them. DONT work for them …. You will thank me later ! I know more than one contractor that have issues with them .
