Every once in a while I have to address a concern with our Account Manager, Michael, and it is handled quickly. For the most part our office is kept looking great. Would highly recommend City Wide and our Account Manager, Michael.

We used their services to do a deep cleaning of a restaurant. This place was really disgusting. City Wide got it sparkling clean in only 1 day and charged a fair price. We would use them again for sure. Neal Sheppard is a superstar.

The Maid Brigade team has been cleaning my parents home for the last few years, and they have always been happy and satisfied with the service received. They love the team that comes out and have never had a complaint. The manager, Kelly, is a consummate professional as well as being friendly and pleasant to work with. The entire team is wonderful - excellent service and quality for a fair price!

$13.50 credit card fee not disclosed and is only form of payment accepted. Only charge mentioned was the hourly rate. Would have found someone else to do the work if credit card fee was known as your restriction on payment type is not my issue nor should the fee be forced on the customer. Also forgot to scrub the bottom of the master bath shower which is a main reason I had a cleaning company do the house.
