Citywide is performing at a high level to keep our buildings looking clean and ready to work in on a daily basis. As executive sponsor of Citywide I appreciate the effort put forth by Citywide to stay on top of matters and the response received when issues arise.

i have been here almost three months! So far i have never felt more driven to be successful in my life by this company!

Update: Never in my life have I been more hurt by a company! The only job I've ever cared about. Do I seem bitter after five months? That's okay , hopefully they have taken some seminars or something to help them handle bullying, and employees suffering depression.

The ladies who work here are always awesome. Matthew is always stopping by and checking on us to make sure we have what we need. He is helpful, listens well, and gets things done in a timely manner. The bathrooms, mirrors, trash, and overall cleanliness of the facility is excellent.

Angie is very professional and knows her job. We are getting treated well in our offices. Job well done.

Melissa is awesome, she is passionate about her job and pay attention to details and make sure the best service is provided.

Our account manager, Matt Delfino, provides exceptional customer service for our business. He listens, and always follows up. Our cleaning crew seems to do well most of the time, with some hiccups along the way that are resolved after a discussion with Matt. The CBSM, Anthony Gilson, recently connected us with painters to give our interior a fresh look and they have been phenomenal. Anthony is always available for communication, is thorough, and open to discussion about progress and process.

MIke is very responsive if and when issues arise. We appreciate his continued attention to our requests. We recommend that you give this company a try..

I have been utilizing City Wide's service for multiple accounts with different companies for over 15 years. They have always provided excellent service. If there is any problem, they have quick reaction to get it corrected.

The relationship with City Wide is a work in progress. We are working together to achieve the property goals. Mike Scuncio is the company's greatest asset along with Patrick as runner up. They have kept their word and are always there if we need something. I look forward to continuing doing business with City Wide.

Since day 1 we have recieved excellent customer service from City Wide. Operations Manager, Joel is awesome! Anytime I have any questions and/or issues Joel has been very quick to help! I plan on utilizing City Wide in other projects here at my property in the future!

Ray Flores, our account manager, is great to work with! Anytime I need an emergency clean up or if I have an issue, he is right on top of it. City Wide has been by far the best maintenance service we have had in Silver Creek.

Working with City Wide in Jacksonville has been one of the best vendor relationships I have had working in this field for 15+ years. The service provided is always top notch and the account manager Angela W for my location is always available and takes any suggestions and feedback with the upmost professionalism and addresses any concerns immediately. She truly does always go above and beyond for us even supporting with projects outside the scope of our contract that City Wide provides services for i.e... drywall, painting, deep cleans of the kitchen equipment. Project Manager Lauren is also always very helpful

They do a great job cleaning all of our 11 buildings. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs any kind of cleaning. My main contact Ray is super friendly and easy to contact whenever I need to get a hold of him.

Every since Neal has taken over the accounts that include our facility he has been a true professional. Neal came out to the facility to meet the managers here at the site and jumped right into building a rapport with us. He checks throughout the whole facility and puts an emphasis on great customer service by asking the right questions and addressing any issues that we may have had. On his last visit to the terminal he took notice of some dusting in the building that needed immediate attention and put that action into play the next time the crew came out to service the building. Lastly We had a Covid concern here at the terminal and I was able to call Neal and setup a power clean the same day without any issues. Thanks Neal for the professionalism that you exhibit and we look forward to continuing our partnership with City Wide

Ayesha Rizvi at City Wide is a pleasure to work with. Little School has 5 buildings that her team keeps clean. She comes once a week to do a walk through and to solicit feedback and address any concerns. She is available to me by text and responds quickly any time of day. I admire and appreciate her conscientious dedication to her work.

City Wide started service here at Coggin Buick GMC a little over a year ago. Prior to City Wide we had five companies in a two year time span. Quality cleaning and professional. Ms. Espinosa is thorough with stopping in to ensure we are receiving top quality service.
