Turner handles our pest and lawn services. They always call in advance and follow up when they are onsite. Melanie is our technician and she is great with follow up and resolution of any issues we have.

We had a great experience with our technician Darren who administered our updated termite control system today. Highly professional and well trained, Darren informed us of his plan, and administered the system installation carefully and with great care to our house and surrounding bushes and trees. This was a 10/10 experience for sure. We feel safe for the next 10 years!!

We have several services from Turner. They have protected our Home in Florida since the day we purchased it. They are great! Friendly helpful always. Reasonable. In 11 years have never seen a bug in our home!

Frederick was polite and explained the steps involved. He and Darren finished the job and left everything as they found it. Very professional.

We've been customers of Turner's Pest Control for 15 years and have had quite a few techs over the years. Today is the first time Megan serviced our home and I was very impressed. She was very thorough, and did some things I haven't seen other techs do. She also spent more time on our property than we are accustomed to. Sure hope Megan will continue to be our tech for a long time.

Warning for new home owners: this company is not forthcoming about the product/service they are offering. I am paying $150/month for pest control and lawn service, as well as got the termidor done. It was not explained to me that the termite service covers only subterranean termites, and not dry wood termites. Josh did not explain this to me when he sold me the service. In addition, I was already billed for a service not provided, and had to call to get it corrected. Do yourself a favor and call Massey instead.

Nate did a great job for us today! He applied exterior insecticides for general household pests including snakes and ants. We are very happy with the quality of the products used and the application process. Thank you!

This company is a mess, I have tried to email and call regarding a charge that went to my credit and no one is responding back. When I had services with them they also never came out to my home and still charged for service. Please ensure you are there when they come out. I am a property manager and will never recommend them to any of my properties.

Update- I sent an email as of the 2nd of this month and have yet to hear back. This company is not very good at all. BEWARE.

Kameron was terrific. Extremely professional and always does an amazing job. I only wish you guys would give them more than $4!! That’s almost insulting but I guess it’s better than nothing. Great job Kameron!

We are happy so far with the service we have received from Turner. Detron came to the door to let us know he was at our house and let me know what he was spraying and what we needed to do.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what was going on with my lawn and he applied the proper treatment. After he was done he explained exactly what had happened and what he will do in the future.
Ryan is a great employee for Turner Pest Control to have. He represents the company well.

Zachary did a great job and educated me about the ants that I was seeing (didn't even know they were fire ants). It looks like they had already been killed but he treated again just to be sure.

Donta always does great work. He provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond. $4 bonus is not enough bonus for the quality of service he provides for Turner Pest Control. He is actually the only reason we are still with your company.

We had an issue with our previous pest exterminator — our new technician with Turner Pest Control, Rob, has gone above and beyond to make sure every concern, every adjustment, every specification to our schedule is met! He does a great job and always over communicates before and after his visit in the best way possible.

I want to say their service has become average at best. They use to have the best service and quality products. I’ve been using them since 2012 and when I moved to South Florida in 2018, I was happy when they started to provide service there. I am now back in Jacksonville and I have been using them since July the quality is bad. Weeds are towing rampant and the techs don’t seem to know their stuff like they use to. Not sure what’s going on but I’m looking for a new service provider with better quality. It’s not like Turner is cheap.

Turner Pest Control gave me a price of $3700 Bedbug Heat treatment and not to get rid of my headboard. They never followed through to check to make sure they were gone. When I call for more help they would not return unless I paid more. I will never recommend their services for anything. Pure 91% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle works better.
