Horrible lawn care! Yard has continuously gotten worse and not growing now. Weeds are everywhere. We have tried to address the problems with service department and it’s continued to get worse. Service person shows up and doesn’t know what he is suppose to do??? Called and no one in management will reach out. See photos.

Robert takes very good care of my home. He calls ahead to let me know he's coming and let's me know if he finds any issues. Most of all he's very professional and courteous when I'm speaking with him. Thank you Rob!!

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Turner is a complete joke and borderline scam. Their technicians do the bare minimum. They are supposed to sweep (knock down spiderwebs on the exterior perimeter of the house). This has never happened. I’ve called in and expressed my concerns and they sent someone out to correct. Great. Next month, same thing. I should not have to call in constantly and ask them to do the service that I pay for. I have been home when the technician is there and again, it is the bare minimum and you have to ask them to do their job. I pay for pest control as well as lawn. I still have an abundance of weeds in my yard. Keep in mind, I bought a new build, so brand new sod. I have had Turner since the beginning and my yard looks awful. They make canceling services extremely difficult. Let’s talk about customer service…. Hit or Miss. Some of the people answering the phone were great, others, well less than helpful. I was overcharged and they went on a long rant explaining that the charge was normal. I called back and spoke to another representative and they stated that I should be refunded and they would take care of it. This company is an absolute joke. Stay far far away. If they offer you a “bundle” I promise it is a scam…. Do not bite!!! I wouldn’t hire this company to clean my toilets. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Do not hire Turner Pest control!!!

We’ve been extremely disappointed with our care service. We added flea treatments after a case of fleas- I swear they did it once and never again. On top of the fact my dogs seem to be allergic to whatever they used to “treat” the lawn which never seemed to be treated and only continued to die regardless of how much we took care of it. Every time someone showed up it was never the same service and always seemed half done. Once we called to express that while I was home after explicitly asking for a specific service on our porch that was not done - I work from home and was in a meeting. My husband called to ask why they didn’t complete the service. The dispatcher was beyond disrespectful calling me a liar. Earlier this week when we called to cancel the lawn service we were told an AM would be calling us back to discuss and ask why. This “AM” is honestly a disgrace to this company because he called and was nothing but nasty to my husband demanding we still owed money after someone else had told us we could cancel at anytime. We agreed to pay for the most recent treatment but nothing else which only seemed to incite rage into this “AM” (maybe a commission thing?) Only after threatening to get a lawyer involved were we reached out to by the supervisor John who did his best to rectify the situation. Honestly he was wonderful in handling the situation and were very appreciative for him. But based on our experiences without him in it we have found a new company, and would NOT recommend Turner Pest to anyone. I’m appalled at how so many situations were handled here for no reason other than a lack of wanting to admit poor workmanship. Thank you to John for making the situation right. But if you want good service worth your money every month- Turner is not it.

For some reason, this company is the only one (out of 3 others I tried) that actually works for my lawn. They must carry the super herbicides and fertilizers compared to the others... They are always prompt and professional. Well priced. They send the same tech for each service so they "know" the lawn they are treating. Michael is my tech - he's thorough and knowledgeable. They communicate before each service and it's easy to reach a live person. They listen when you address concerns around the yard and come up with solutions to rectify them. I was about to pull up the .3 acre of Zoysia grass and go with St. Aug but thankfully, I found Turner Pest Control. They turned my struggling lawn into something that the neighbors complement on!

Eleven years. That's how long I was a Turner Pest Control customer. Their pest control service has always been solid — but after what happened with their lawn care program, I canceled everything.

On March 30th, a technician applied granular fertilizer to my entire lawn. Their own inspection report (Invoice #A621944902) shows Time In: 1:40 PM, Time Out: 1:47 PM. Seven minutes. The result? Visible stripes across my yard from uneven coverage. See my photos.

I called to report it. A return visit was scheduled for April 30th. No one showed. No call. No communication.

When I called again this week, I was told a manager would contact me upon arrival to discuss the issue. The technician did show up May 7th and completed a re-treatment — but no manager came, no one knocked, and there was zero conversation about accountability.

I canceled all services. Their pest control is fine. But this company burned my time, ruined my yard, and never once took responsibility. Eleven years of loyalty ended because of a 7-minute fertilizer job and a trail of broken promises.

I tried to call the Garden Center at the store today. Every time I called someone hung up on me. I guess they do not care about trying to sell anything, poor customer service. Maybe someone should get fired and replaced with someone that cares to do their job right.

Wanted $580 to trim a tree with a 6-8 inch trunk.

He gave an estimate and agreed to do the job the following weekend. They no showed no called the first day, when I called to ask about him not showing up he changed the day to the next weekend. When i called to confirm that he'd be there they night before he acted like he'd completely forgotten he was supposed to be there and changed the time to later in the day. Then again he didn't show or return either of my 2 phone calls. I do not recommend.

Lopez's team worked quickly and proficiently. The price was very affordable. We got three quotes and Lopez was lower then the others by $600. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done.

I wouldn’t recommend this company for anybody not even my worst enemy. For an emergency tree service removal they wanted to charge $15,000. And they said if they came the next day it would be 7500. We kept getting coerced with scare tactics and him telling us that if the tree falls and messes up neighbors house or goes on their property we are responsible (WRONG)
we called and spoke to the city and the city told us everything contrary to what he was trying to tell us to scare us. He also said if we wouldn’t go with him that same night that the quote was no longer going to be valid if we called around to try to find other quotes. We literally had someone come out and do an estimate from above and beyond tree service and they quoted us $2800 instead of the 7500 he was saying.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

CALL AROUND BEFORE GOING WITH THEM!

Recently completed 2,000 sqft of pavers for our driveway + patio; great crew and the final product is beautiful. Would use their service again.

I've had 3 trees taken down by 3 different companies, Mr. Lopez was hands down the best of the three. I Wish I called him first, great prices, smart workers and above all, my property looks exactly like it was after he left. (excluding the huge dead pine tree that he removed). I've already referred my neighbor to this company.
