Terry worked with us to illuminate our house with exterior Uplighting as well as a nice floodlight. After our vehicles had been broken into, I found Rivertown Lighting through Google search, and couldn’t be happier with the result. Great job, Terry! Back story: Our next door neighbor hired River Town Lighting for work that really put the finishing touches on his pool installation and backyard reno. I asked my neighbor for Terry's contact information and shared my intent for our backyard, which included LEDs on select privacy fence posts. Terry then suggested a few lights to highlight several trees along our back lot line, one of which included my wife's favorite gnarled, old tree. Great idea! Terry and his daughter worked relentlessly in the searing sun and through several rain storms and got the job done in less than one day--a tribute to their assertiveness, perseverance, and professionalism. And despite the conditions, Terry and his daughter finished strong, repairing the trenching, cleaning marks from the fencing, etc. Overall, a super job and exactly what we wanted. Terry is first rate and forthright in his insights, advice, and estimates. We have already signed him up for another job! Highly recommended. Thanks for the home improvement, Terry!

Terry with River City Lighting will tell you that he wants to be your lighting guy and he really means it. Terry designed and installed our landscaping lighting. He scheduled an estimate/lighting plan quickly and completed the install shortly thereafter. Not only is Terry a professional lighting expert, he is very personable and down to earth. At the first meeting I was almost certain I’d be doing business with him. You won’t get sales pitches or pressure from Terry. Terry is meticulous and what I like is that he is an owner/operator so you can be sure that you will get the same level of service that I received. He shows up on time and communicates clearly and effectively. Terry will answer any of your questions about the lighting plan and the job won’t be finished until you are satisfied with the look of your home. It is evident he is passionate about landscape lighting, has high standards for himself, and wants to make his customers happy. Terry has done a few lighting projects for me including Christmas lights. All of his work has been phenomenal. He is always available to answer questions and doesn’t finish the job until the customer is 100% satisfied.

In all my years of home ownership, I have never met a specialist that knows his products more, or totally understands the nuances of his finished work ( sometimes less IS more), or is more excited about doing the best job he possibly can no matter how difficult, or who treats the customer and their opinion with more respect!! Horrible customer service experience wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!!! Cant believe they are still in business, so bad considering on making a complaint with BBB.
