This is the first time Megan has serviced my house and I was so impressed. She had attention to detail, knowledge and personality. Very well rounded and provided me with a lot of trust in the service she provided. Incredible service.

Stephan is a very good employee, he very informative and let's the customer know what is the problem,what to do,when to do it. Great communicater and friendly.Turner should be very proud to have him as an employee. To be honest all your employees are like that. KUDOS!

Kristopher is by far the most professional, efficient, and friendly person I have ever dealt. Kristopher let's me know that he will be walking around the house and inspecting. He also takes care of the wasps nest around the soffits.

I have had an ongoing issue with Turner Pest Control and I want this documented clearly. Last year I was told I needed either a lump sum payment for my termite bond or a year of monthly treatments because of work done in my backyard. I did not have thousands to pay upfront, so I chose the year plan. That plan should have ended in September.

In July I started emailing to confirm that my service would not auto renew and I wanted it canceled. I received almost no response. I asked multiple times for written confirmation and could not get a clear answer.

They eventually emailed me saying they would refund my last month. I received that refund, but they continued billing me anyway. I sent emails both months asking why I was still getting invoices. I received no response until the most recent one where I was told a manager was trying to call me because they wanted to talk about downgrading my service.

I have been extremely clear that I am canceling. I do not want to downgrade. I do not want sales calls. I want written confirmation. Instead they have ignored my cancellation requests, continued to bill me, and tried to get me on the phone to sell me something else.

This is unacceptable. I am documenting here, in addition to my emails and the requests on their website, that I am canceling my service and that Turner Pest Control has made this process unnecessarily difficult.

Our technician Zachary, is always very prompt, courteous, and professional. He communicates every step of his visit and offers to meet with us once he's completed his work. He is very meticulous in his work and we are confident in his ability to keep us pest free.

Joshua from Turner pest control did a fantastic job for us today. He was very professional and personable. He answered all of my questions and went the extra mile to follow up and make sure I was satisfied.

I’m very satisfied with Turner’s pest control services. The representative that visits my house is Nicholas. He listens and provides answers to all of my questions and is very efficient during his visits. I truly appreciate his excellent service and care for my home.

Nate arrived at the scheduled time I perform my service. He notified us of his arrival. He took care in applying treatment to surfaces. I was pleased to see he carefully brushed around eaves/windows and took the time to spray corners and other areas. I appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail.

I loved Turner. Pest Control had them for almost four years And Theresa, my service provider is amazing. I’ve been on a monthly plan For all these years and switched over from the previous sellers which cost $150 just to transfer. Fire ants have been our biggest problem And unfortunately, regardless of how many times I have them come out it never works. I was bit up repeatedly and swollen, which is why I was paying for the surface In the first place, so I canceled and they went on to tell me that they already did a “service” that month which is 375 and I still owe it even though I had paid that month and the month after cancellation. I try to explain the situation and let them know. The service never worked I was told I could cancel at And I was on a normal monthly plan. They’re unwilling to work with a customer and regardless of the ridiculously $$$ treatment did it job or not to bad I still owe them. Based on the service provider, I always recommend her, though Customer service and results at Turner Pest Control absolutely not!

I had a nice visit with Scott yesterday as he set me up for quarterly service. Jacob came today. Both of them were extremely nice and very caring to make sure I knew I could always call with any type issue. Very reassuring to me as a new customer.

Jonathan takes great pride in his work. He’s very thorough and always explains what he’s doing. He goes above and beyond and does the right thing every time. I highly recommend him and Turner Pest Control.

Jesse L recently serviced the exterior of my house with Turner Pest Control. He keep me updated of his arrival time and did a very thorough job. Highly recommend!

Turner lawn service has done a fantastic job at our home. For 2 years I used my previous company from my last residence that just provided pest control. So naturally I used them at our new home. After 2 year's my lawn looked bad.
Turner has turned it around in 6 months. We're very pleased. Our technician Daniel has done a great job.

Michael B serviced our lawn today and addressed all my concerns regarding bare spots, lack of greens and numerous spots of weeds. We have a St Augustine lawn and due to my busy schedule, we have offloaded our lawn application duties to Turner Pest for the past year and a half.

Our next door neighbor have thick, green and luscious St Augustine while ours is barely clinging on to the little green it has left. The neighbor used to have similar lawn to my current one due to neglect by tenants, but they now offloaded chemical applications to a different competitor. After 1½ years, their lawn became a sea of deep green, while mine became much worse. Honestly, I think I did a much better job when I did all chemical applications myself the first 2½ years. I don't know if this has to do with how careful the application was or if its because of a switchup in techs each visit. Some times I could not even get a visit at all, but still have the automatic monthly payment going for their "every-other-month" visit. Literally paid money for no service.

Although the lawn is now about to enter dormancy, our new tech Michael assured us that with the application today and his consistent followups, we could already see some significant improvements in about a month.

Tech Michael is confident that he can produce the same results, and I intend to hold him to that. Chemical applications take time and I know this first hand. We're looking forward to having Michael continue followups to ensure by next season, our Saint Augustine grass is as thick and as green as possible. Hopefully this time around, we continue to have Michael as our sole tech, and that we don't miss any more service dates.

This is regarding a visit made by Nate December 17. He was very courteous and introduced himself before he started and explained what he was going to do. After that he proceeded to get to work. When he had completed the visit he left a Turner sign in the yard, emailed me a summary of his findings and said I would receive an invoice soon. He was very pleasant and performed his job efficiently.

Spencer did a great job servicing our home and property.. he explained everything that he was going to do and was calm and gracious in spite of our golden doodle barking like mad. Looking forward to seeing him again. Thanks to Turner for having workers like Spencer on their payroll!

Received call from Tech Darren for arrival time. He answered my questions and explained process and approximate time duration of job. He completed his job with care and consideration of the home and yard.
Upon completion he filled out, signed off on the home inspection tag and we spoke about the job and warranty.
Good job!

Zachary always does great work. He advised me to rake out the thatch on an area of the front lawn to allow the new grass to grow. I did that and also my entire grassy area. The grass has grown full and green. Great advice. Zachary is definitely an asset to Turner lawn services.

Turner has some really good technicians. Stephen listened to my concerns & answered my questions. He was nice & respectful of my property & pet. I have never had a problem that was not addressed. It is why I have been with Turner for years! Their people!

My tech Joshua was awesome. He was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a great job at servicing my home for my tri annually pest control.
