I’m honestly disappointed. I expected a much higher level of service for the price I paid, especially after choosing this company based on its high Google reviews.

My home was already very clean to begin with, and I paid extra for specific deep-cleaning services that were not completed. Several of the paid add-ons were not addressed at all, including:

• Oven cleaning (untouched)
• Bedding (untouched)
• Inside of cabinets (untouched)

After the cleaning was completed, the supervisor walked through the house wearing shoes and left muddy footprints and shoe prints on the floors. The final mopping also left noticeable streaks on my wooden floors.

I ultimately spent some time after they left doing additional cleaning and touch-ups that I had paid for and expected to be completed.

Overall, the service did not match what was paid for and did not justify the cost.

Pristine clean was awesome! My tenants left the house in a complete mess and I found pristine cleaning crew. They were extremely detailed and even came back to finish the job the next day. Would recommend for any of your cleaning needs.
