You better wear a mask to the garden center the fertilizer fumes will make you 😷 sick

Couldn't find a product on my own. Employee said they had it but the product was not there and she wouldn't/couldn't leave her position to assist me.

I was interested in getting half pallet of sod but wanted price on half and whole pallet. The cashier was unsuccessfull in getting intouch with an other employee who could answer.

The customer service young man who assisted me had only worked two days but he was very helpful and courteous the cashier was very friendly and accommodating

Usually can get assistance quickly. Most times they have e hat I'm looking for.
Would rate higher if the garden department was better kept.
Plants are living things and should be cared for.

I have never had a bad experience with this HomeDepot. The workers are always extremely friendly and helpful, and I am extremely thankful for their after hours call menu that allows you to still connect to the on duty manager, my fiancé lost his work badge in the store and I was able to talk to someone after hours who could check if it had been turned in. The only time I had a not "perfect" experience was when we bought our lawn mower from them, but it was late at night and the only Lawn & Garden worker on duty was on the forklift outside, so we had to wait for him to finish up before he could get us our key and papers for the new lawn mower we were purchasing. But he helped us load it on our truck after and was very kind. I am so glad this HomeDepot is right up the road.!

Beautiful garden center & nice people that work there.Would have given 5 stars,but it is a bit pricey,for a big box garden center.And they need to do what Lowe's does & have markdown racks for the plants that are past their prime.Most of us are looking for a good deal these days.

This store has been by far the best with customer service I have ever seen! Bruce (who I think was a manager) at customer service was able to help me when another Home Depot was not. I would drive out of my way to this store anytime.

Well...I ordered some windows and doors back in June to enclose my screened in patio. It is now September and they sent a partial fulfillment....one window! Really?!! The rest of the windows are supposedly due by October 1. I needed 8 windows and 2 doors. The associate says they are having a very difficult time with home materials especially windows and doors. I understand but this is so awful! 😕☹😩 My contractor can't complete the work untill.....I guess I have to continue to wait but just not satisfied with this. Hopefully, the project will be complete before the holidays?🎁
