Customer service need to be fired, the truck driver talking about Shaw tree service bad, why you have someone working for you with that attitude, then you call to make a payment, customer service is so nasty, I see why you all rated 4.

They took less than an hour to cut a fairly large tree down. The employees worked as a well-oiled machine. This is our first time using Shaw's and we would recommend them for tree removal.

Excellent service. The guys were VERY hard working, respectful of me and our property. Crew leader, Rowdy and his guys did an excellent job. I feel they are one of the best Tree Services companies around.

Amazing prices and quality work. If you've been in JAX for some time you know that it's hard to get someone on the phone with a lot of businesses. Its great to know someone will always pick up. Only kick back is there was some work unfinished and they said they would call to schedule to come out. They never called back. I'd call every Monday to check and see where they were at in the process. They finally came back after about a month and did an amazing job. I recommend this company. They do right by their customer!

Let me tell you something.... Its Shaw for the WIN. I had a 6 man Crew at my home today and they knocked it out of the Park. They did an Amazing job trimming two huge Magnolias and a large Camphor Tree. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Mike and his Crew are number One in my book. They cleaned and raked up the debris and hauled it away too. Top Professionals. Call Shaw for your Tree Work you will not be disappointed. Thanks Guys☆

Just had a tree removed with stump grinding. Shaws provided a no-nonsense service. The crews that came out were professional and all three gentlemen that I dealt with were kind.

The first crew was large and took down the tree in about an hour. The stump grinder was a single gentlemen who came out and took his time to remove the stump, taking it to ground level. They cleanly moved the debris over to the street for next day pickup.

Pickup showed up in the early morning next day and very thoroughly removed the remaining debris.

The stump grinding left minimal mulch that should settle nicely and be ready for grass.

They also trimmed a pindo palm for me in my backyard and it looks much cleaner.

I'm not an arborist nor have I had a lot of tree work done myself. I can't say if Shaw is the answer for those needing high-end trimming and landscaping, but I can confidently say they are competent and affordable for those of us with basic tree needs.

Shaw’s tree service did an excellent job of removing a huge tree from our yard, as well as cutting down some branches. They were friendly, respectful, hard workers and cleaned up well.. They also came out a week before they were scheduled to remove a branch that we were worried about as a hurricane approached Florida.. I will use them again in the future.

I have been using Shaw's since 2017 or so for tree work at my home. I still have a lot of trees.They have always been fairly priced and do what they contract to do. My last visit was this past July and I intended to review before now. That visit was no exception to their previous work. They showed up when they said they would and did what we agreed on. Removal of two very large hickory trees and the followup cleanup was just what I expected. Thanks.

I am extremely disappointed in the workmanship as well as customer service! I no longer live in Jacksonville but had specifically scheduled a time and day when I would be in town to be present for the job. After confirming and then missing the time (between 8 and 9am), they kept pushing me back (right after lunch - didn't happen; in an houir - didn't happen) and finally showed up around 3:45PM after I had already left. They only did part of the job, left the debris, no communication. I followed up with the foreman Andy who sent me a picture from a favorable angle claiming they did trim the shrubs (they didn't!). My tenant didn't see a difference and neither did the pictures independently obtained show a difference. The power line is still obstructed with shrubs! I brought this up to the office staff who wasn't very helpful either. Now I am hiring another company to get the job done. I've never worked with a company so dishonest!
