Great price on getting a huge magnolia down. They showed up when they were supposed to and did the work that they said they would. Very professional job. They dropped every branch in safe manor and my yard was cleaned up the following day.

Great bunch of guys! Seriously, an awesome crew of guys came to the house took care of the trees, cleaned up, and left a clean yard. We had a small misunderstanding, but it was fixed immediately by the guys and office. Looking forward to doing business with these​ guys in the future.

When I first bought my property, it was covered in trees. Over the years, I tried two other local ( to camden county ga) tree removal companies and both were terrible experiences. They constantly canceled last minute with excuses, showed up cursing loudly, left trash behind, and even dropped massive limbs into my elderly neighbor’s yard. Their prices were outrageous, and their safety practices made me genuinely concerned.

Then I found Shaw’s Tree Service and I’ll never use anyone else. After hurricane season last year (2024) , I needed large trees removed from tight spots near my home. Terry scheduled me a month in advance, showed up exactly on time, brought professional equipment, and got the job done safely and efficiently. Their pricing was more than fair, and the whole process was stress free.

I’ve already hired them again, and they’re booked for another property of mine soon. Even though they’re based in Jacksonville, FL, Terry and his crew came all the way up to Crooked River State Park area in Camden County, Georgia when no one else in camden would even return our calls.

Crew #4 was awesome to work with. They did extremely well at removing trees that were very large on Lakeside Dr. They cleaned up great too. Great to work with. Andy has also been great to work with.

Terry’s crew came out this week to cut down two trees which were very close to my home foundation. They were kind and professional, cleaned up after themselves and ground down the stumps. I highly recommend you ask for Terry’s crew!

Great price and very professional crew. We had two huge trees taken down beside the house. We shopped around for quotes and Shaw’s was a very good price for the service they provide as a highly reputable company.

There was about 8 people on the site to take down the tree and they worked non stop in the heat. Every single employee. Took two days for both trees. They left the site in great condition and saved us some wood we requested.

Even the crew that came on the third day to pick up all the wood was kind as well.

I called for an estimate; the lady on the phone was informative and friendly .They sent someone out the following morning to give a quote.
Within a few hours the cutting team showed up with a job well done.
They were on point, informative and worked in a professional, safe manner.

Shaw's has done another excellent job in my yard cutting down a large dying water oak tree and a dead Florida holly tree. They also recently removed 3 big limbs that had blown down in a storm and were blocking the street and came within a few hours of discovery. (See photos). They have a large professional staff and big equipment to handle any sized job and leave the yard totally clean. Their workers are very polite and helpful, and their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them!

Roudy and crew 4 removed 2 large magnolias and 1 big oak tree from our back yard and did an amazing job! They worked very efficiently and cleaned up the work space when they were done. They cleared our backyard out from vines and ground at least 6 stumps for us. They did all of this in just two days and left us with a completely cleared and clean back yard. The process and price was very fair and we will definitely be doing business with them again.

Foremen Mike/Vince, tree climber Josh, stump grinder Steve, and crew did an outstanding job taking down a gigantic 30 plus year old Laurel oak tree and smaller neighboring Water oak on our property today. These guys worked hard and well as a team to get the trees down safely, efficiently and in record time, accomplishing their proposed 2 day job in only one. My top concern given the location of the trees was protecting our drainfield/septic tank that was very close to the trees. Mike and Vince validated my concern and ensured that none of the equipment was driven on or near it, which gave me great peace of mind. At the end of the job, all of the guys worked together with rakes to gather even the smallest leaves and debris to leave our property in its pre-job state which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Shaw Tree for a job well done!

I experienced auto damage during the wind storm on 01/31/26. I called Shaw's because they are in my neighborhood. I called and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. Rowdy and his crew were early. They worked extremely well together. I chose to have my stump ground the next day but was very pleased that the grinders who were also early and left the area as if the tree was never there. I highly recommend.

I had Mike’s crew out to take down a lot of dead trees and this crew of men were wonderful! They were friendly and jovial and worked really well together! They worked fast and they worked hard and they cleaned up after themselves and did everything I asked of them in the fastest time ever!
