This is a 5 star service. If they had 6 stars, I'd make a 6 star service. They are the best tree service I've ever used. And as a homeowner in a wooded area for 34 years in Jacksonville, I've had to deal with a lot of trees. They do outstanding work at a fair price. They don't haggle you. They just do the job. And the office staff is also great to work with. No waiting on the phone. Talk to someone immediately and get business done. GREAT TREE SERVICE!!!

Shout outs to Andy, Rowdy and Chris. I had some tree issues in Mandarin that needed rectifying after Helene and Milton. Unfortunately there was a bit of damage caused to the main gate of my fence during their job. I won't go into the granular details other than to say Andy called me within minutes of me reporting the fence issue to their office.

Within less than an hour of speaking to Andy, Chris and Rowdy from Shaw's showed up at my house to fix my main gate. They repaired it, and quite frankly it's now better off than it was before the damage occurred. This is the type of honest, transparent customer service I expect from a locally owned and operated business. Andy beared the brunt of my temperament, and despite me giving him a hard time he responded gracefully and had his team come back out and resolve the issue with my gate.

Honest and transparent team that fell on the sword regarding my gate. That level of honestly and commitment to customer service speaks volumes. Thank you, Andy, Rowdy and Chris. I'll be calling Shaw's Tree for any future tree work.

This week we had Shaw's Tree Service remove two diseased Water Oaks from our property. High praise for this company right from the start with their very competitive pricing. The workers themselves were true professionals from the actual removal to the clean up process. We have used this company in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend them.

Very impressed with the customer service from both the Support Staff and Management of this company. I called as one of their workman was blocking our road and rude when asked to relocate. I spoke with Holly in the office and she was very responsive. Mike from management later called to apologize. What a breath of fresh air. I have used their services several times in the past and they do a great a job!

Mike’ crew was amazing! I had a large live oak down and a few other trees I needed gone and they were just the people for the job! They arrived early, worked fast and were polite to me and respectful of my property. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Shaw recently completed a third job for us in the past 5 years. The consistency of their work continues to be top notch. They have removed trees for us. This time they did a thorough trim and mistletoe clean out of two very large water oaks. They are careful with your property and leave the site cleaner than they found it!!! We highly recommend.

Loved every step of the process of working with Shaw. From Chris who gave me a realistic bid right off to Mike’s team of hard workers. Vincent, my contact on the crew, kept me informed every step of the way. The team didn’t finch when I asked for an additional tree to be removed. The yard was cleared of small debris and raked when they finished. The brush removal claw truck came bright and early the next day and workers even raked out the ditch the pile was near. One panel of the chain link fence was a “casualty of war” in the battle of multiple huge tree removals but Mike and Vincent came in a timely manner to repair it to my satisfaction. 12/10 recommend Shaw’s Tree Service!

We had team 4 come out to trim our oak trees. They were amazing to watch the way that they climbed up in the trees and went about their work. They were very professional and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned up all of the debris. We are extremely happy with the job that they did. We would have no problem referring your company to others. Great job!!!.

We were thoroughly impressed with Andy, Rowdy, and Crew 4. They trimmed nine live oaks and removed two stumps with care and efficiency, even managing branches over structures without issue. The team was professional, quick, and left our home looking even better than when they arrived. We'll definitely be using Shaw's Tree Service again!

Great crew of guys came out to clear the shrubs, bushes and three large palms in our yard. They turned our yard from a shrub cemetery into an actual lawn I want to look at and walk around. The pricing was on point and the work completed in 2 days from start to finish. These guys care about your yard as if it was their own and will talk you through each part of the project especially if you have questions. Cannot wait to have them out again when we move to the next phase of our yard overhaul! Thanks to the crew and the owner for making this project less stressful.

They come and cut a tree out of the people's property next to me that was leaning bad of my house and sheds got it cut down never touch any thing on my house and sheds they did a perfect job and there very polite good job Shaw I would recommend them to any one hilliard florida

Just finished using Shaw's tree service for the third time.In ten years I i highly recommend this company . They do an excellent job, prompt, reliable, and leave your yard looking immaculate. I have requested crew chief Rowdy twice and he and his guys just go the extra mile to do a great job. I give them every star available!!!

This crew from Shaw’s today was excellent. If I could remember each one’s name I’d call them out. From the time they arrived till they departed you couldn’t ask for a more professional, caring team. The attention they paid to the details was exceptional. Upmost care was given to my yard. It was left the same as it was before they came. If you have need for getting your trees ready for hurricane season or clearing out some land I wholeheartedly recommend Shaw’s! Thanks guys!!

Shaws was very professional and efficient. Their team knocked it out of the park with 3 huge trees around my home, grinding the stumps and made sure all the debris was cleaned up. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend their services.

First time I've used Shaw’s Tree Service for trimming the large oak trees in the front yard. Estimate was very thorough and beat the price of other companies by quite a bit and, provided a military discount. The crew did excellent work. Trimming, chipping and clean up was outstanding. The team leader Rowdy organized a very professional and capable crew. I recommend Shaw's Tree Service for your next tree trimming project.

Overall we were really happy with our service and would likely use them again in the future. Pricing seemed reasonable and they did a great job removing several dead trees and trimming our property line. A bit disappointed in communication/customer service. We had our trim done Monday and were told they would “come back” to grind stumps. We called Monday evening and were told they would be back Tuesday and we left our gate unlocked all day- no show again. I called Wednesday again about it and was told they would be by that afternoon or the next morning. It is now Friday evening and we have heard nothing more from them.
