Nick, Tommy, Kenny and team did an amazing job transforming our yard into an oasis! Crystal was very helpful and communicative with scheduling as well! They did a wonderful job cleaning up my overgrown yard and making it look nice again! I have mature, multi-layered landscaping beds with shrubs and flowers around the entire perimeter of my home and property lines that required hand pruning and tons of weeding and vine removal. The crew was on time, polite, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Glad we FINALLY made it to check out their selection of native plants! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I quickly found a lot of wonderful and healthy plants, even a few I haven't seen before. Great advice on plant care. Love how the emailed receipt has a list of the plants you purchased and info about them! It's definitely a must shop for plant lovers!

I was so pleasantly surprised to find this little gem of a nursery. They had exactly what I was looking for (Florida penny royal). The employee was able to answer any question I had about the individual plants and after check out promptly helped me take them to my car.

Nick and his team at Wacca Pilatka did an outstanding job transforming out front and back yard into a beautiful oasis filled with native plants. He took the time to craft a thoughtful design that tied into the natural ecosystem of the area in a structured and organized fashion.

The crew was always on-time, considerate, and communicated well throughout the whole process. Everyone was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Wacca Pilatka is the best! The first photo is the “Before” and you can see how much they transformed our empty, scraggly yard into a lush oasis! They also coordinated hardscaping including a fire pit area and steps to our garden bed, and did our irrigation repairs. We’d highly recommend them and their native plant expertise.

St. Johns Regional Audubon engaged Wacca Pilatka to create a design and installation of a Florida Native Garden at St. Augustine and St. Johns County Visitor Information Center. The transformation has been amazing and is already attracting birds, bees, and butterflies! We are so very pleased with their attention to detail and professionalism.

Hands down Nick is the best landscape designer I've had the opportunity of working with and will be having him help me in any future projects. He's talented, kind, a great listener, and gives your project the thought and care it deserves.

Being the landscape designer of Native Park in Riverside Nick brings a lot of experience and knowledge about native plants and how to use them. He used arial shots from before Jacksonville was fully developed to get a good idea of how your plot would have looked. He used this information to try and create inspiration for how to design our yard.

Nick then gives you a detailed design of your project with the position of the plants, information about why he has chosen them, and a list of the plants so you can learn more about the different species. From design to production to care of the plants afterwards Nick is thorough and helpful.

Since installation we have had multiple butterfly, bees, and a few birds spotted in the garden. I'd highly recommend Nick for anyone who wants a beautiful landscape design that will stand out and create a native ecosystem to enjoy.

Our yard was destroyed after we remodeled our pool. We asked Wacca Pilatka to transform our backyard to a native tropical backyard. They were fantastic from start to finish. They did the install in a week and stayed late to work on the finishing touches. I was worried about the pool pipes, but they were careful and dug by hand near the pipes. We love our backyard now!

We are so grateful to have had Wacca Pilatka do our landscaping! They made the process easy, even planning and coordinating hardscaping like patio pavers and installing our irrigation. We love that the plants are mostly native or native and pollinator-friendly, and they gave us a lot of input in deciding what we wanted and really listened to our vision. Nice little plant nursery with neat and tidy floors and planter benches to easily see and access the plants. Even had a few new plants no one else has that grabbed my wifes attention. Very friendly and knowledge staff.

My front yard was in terrible shape. Through the Sierra Club Northeast Florida group, I learned about Florida friendly/Florida native plant landscaping and that led me to Wacca Pilatka. Nick put together a great plan. He, Tommy, and Connor installed it. It looks wonderful and has transformed my front yard. It is an investment but I know it will enhance the value of my home. I recommend them!

Wacca Pilatka has done a phenomenal job on my new property. My yard and wetlands were covered in invasive plants (pothos, arrowhead, air potato, and bridal veil). Nicholas did a walk thru and recommend some ideas. His team spent hours pulling the invasives and replanting FL friendly species. They are continuing to help me eradicate the invasives over the next year. The company responses quickly to any questions I have had as a new FL home owner. The photos are the before and after the clearing of my wetlands. We will be using Wacca Pilatka for all of my gardening.

I am so happy with the work wacca pilatka did for me! I had a huge area where invasive petunias had taken over. Nick got rid of them and planted a colorful butterfly garden. I love to see the different butterflies, bees, and hummigbirds enjoying them! He also updated the plants around my pool and they look great!
He came out for a consultation first, and checked my soil and conditions to make sure he selected appropriate plants, and the design plan he prepared helped me visualize the end result.
It looks great and I highly recommend them.
