Very pleased with the overall knowledge and service Bryan provided. He explained what we should and shouldn’t do. The price was fair and included haul away. Could not believe how great the front of our house looked with the cleaned up trees. Thank you!!

If you have a tree job that you need taken care of in a timely and professional way, then Bryan and his crew are the people for you. I contacted multiple companies after hurricane Irma. Bryan quoted me a price that was fair and did outstanding work. If I have any more tree work that needs to be done in the future I know who to go to first. Thanks Bryan!

The AUDACITY of Bryan to lie and say he was bullied or that I tried to bully him. I would say I'm surprised that a black female would be portrayed as a bully, aggressive, and wanting something for free, but I'm not. So classic!!!
I was unsatisfied with his mediocre and careless service. I still remember this company and the service like it was yesterday. It taught me a lot about the importance of reviews and not rushing to fix things in or around my home. I had recently bought my home when I called this company out.
***Addressing the lie*** Bryan claimed I watched them the entire time while they were working, and I didn't say anything, but yet I have such a raging attitude??? Yes, I did come out, and check on the work a few times, because I could hear branches hitting my roof and sidewalk pretty hard. Plus, it's my house and my property. Additionally, if this concerned Bryan, he really should have checked for my satisfaction prior to knocking on my door for payment and completely packed up. Again, lesson learned. Because I did not trust them from the time, he pulled up to my house I should have told them to LEAVE. (To clarify when I did come out the final time it was because Bryan knocked on my door and said they were finished. My immediate response was you're finished. It does not look much different than before).

Free work is laughable because a few months after Bryan failed to do the job, I called another company out to just cut the tree completely down and it was only 2500. So, clearly money was not the issue. Sorry not all people are trying to get over on businesses or want things for free.

***As a PAYING customer I had every right to be upset with your service, disrespect, and the continued disrespect from your late response. You lack accountability, urgency in customer service/satisfaction, and clearly do not discern when to let things go and move on. *** If you need help in this area, please let me know. Have a great day and please move on and handle your business professionally. I also regret spending my hard-earned money with your company, but you can't unscramble an egg or drink spilled milk. I contacted First Coast Trees to trim a tree that was over my roof and property. Before he left I told the owner that there was one more branch I felt should be cut as it's on my property. He told me I should have said something while up there and it was to late. Mind you I paid 1000 for him to trim my tree and he could not ensure that I am satisfied with the job! Being disappointed I even offered to pay but he wanted to charge 250 but I feel like that was not right considering I made him aware before he left my property that I was not satisfied. Shortly after leaving I noticed my sidewalk was cracked as well. Bryan did come next day to fix but when I made him aware he was very rude and said I was just mad because he wouldn't cut the branch like I asked. I was mad yes but even madder about my sidewalk and how rude he was. I am reporting him to the better business bureau and my even go to small claims court as I feel I was taken advantage of as technically he only cut 1 large branch and about 3 small limbs total. I would not even go this route if he would cut one more branch like I asked and not been so rude. I do not recommend this company unless you want to be disrespected and disappointed. I only gave two stars because 1 he was on time and 2 because he did repair sidewalk after threatening him to sue him for damages. However he did leave one stone damaged on my sidewalk Im just to over it to call him again and tell him as the other 3 are fixed. I'll let the BBB or courts make him aware.

Brian and crew are always very professional and do a great job. I've dealt with them for over 20 years, and I'm a very satisfied customer. Kudos to Brian!

Did what he proposed, plus. Worked efficiently and diligently. Prioritized safty without compromising the quality of their work. Mr. Holmes and crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. They removed all debris and left no footprint.

Bryan and his team LEFT WITHOUT FINISHING THE JOB. They were supposed to remove a diseased maple, haul it away, and grind the stump. After he started the job, he asked me what the other quotes were and COMPLAINED that he charged me too little, even though I just accepted the price he gave me. He also said he would trim up the two other trees in my backyard, but then CHANGED HIS STORY to "I only said I would trim up ONE other tree" which I didn't argue about and just said ok to. The branches for that tree he left at my curbside, even though he had a huge trailer with the other tree parts in it he could have easily just thrown them in... this seemed EXTREMELY PETTY to me on his part. Again, I didn't argue about this. Even though he didn't finish the job on the day he said he would (because his stump grinding machine was reportedly out of service), I told him that's fine and he came the next day. I had told him previously that I needed to leave by a certain time to not be late and he assured me it would be done by then. It wasn't. I had to go so I went to talk to him and he told me that his stump grinding guy is on the way and to just pay him the money. I repeat, HE TOLD ME TO PAY HIM THE MONEY, he didn't ask me, he told me. I told him it wasn't personal but I would rather pay him when the job was done. We agreed that I would just pay him the cost of the tree removal which was complete at that point, and make the rest of the payment for the stump later when the job was done. I tried to be flexible so I asked if he could receive payment over the phone (to save him the trip), and he said he could so I didn't see a problem. I paid him cash for the tree removal. As I was leaving, his stump grinder guy was just pulling up, so he ran to my car and AGAIN TOLD ME TO PAY HIM THE MONEY. I told him no, I'll pay him after the job is done like we agreed. He got upset, told me I can "GRIND MY OWN STUMP" and to "NOT CALL HIM EVER AGAIN." He got his team and rushed outta there without finishing the job. The picture is the final result. HE WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB. If you don't mind being treated poorly and are ok with paying for an incomplete job, then BRYAN IS YOUR GUY. Otherwise, BEWARE OF FIRST COAST TREE!!!

First Coast Tree is a very professional company and easy to work with, we had two monster pines that had to be removed, 80' and 100' that were very close to the house. Everything went very smooth and we couldn't believe how quickly they were done, I think it was at most three and a half hours, could hardly tell they were there and they gave us a very competitive rate. I recommend you give them a call if you find yourself in need of a tree service and want the best. Bryan, thanks for taking care of us and doing such a great job!

First Coast Tree did an awesome Job at bringing our cat down from a palm tree 40 feet high after our Local fire department was unable to. Important to note that not all Arborers take this task here in Jacksonville, FL. 5 out of 5 stars.

Bryan and his team did a terrific job! I used them last year to clear out a number of trees on my property and was actually out of town while they completed the job. I came home to a fresh look.
I also used First Coast Tree recently, this month- to take out an additional 3 trees that I was worried about after the hurricane. They were leaning towards my home. Bryan and his team fit me into their schedule super quickly and got the job done in less than 2 days. They went ABOVE and beyond and even cut me up some fire wood for my outdoor fire pit. They blew out my backyard artificial turf, and driveway, and even removed the mulch from the stump grinding... They put everything back together and you could barely tell they were there (with the exception of the 3 removed trees lol) I can't say enough great things about this company. Bryan and his entire team were amazing, courteous, kind and professional.

Bryan and his team did a great job taking down 5 big branches 40 ft up. Didn't hurt any of surrounding plants & bushes and cleaned up debris quickly. THANK YOU!!

Bryan and team did an excellent job removing one tree and trimming several others. Very pleased with the results.

I used Bryan at first coast tree and his team to take down a bunch of viburnum and a big Ole oak tree that was diseased in my backyard. He gave me a very fair quote and I trusted he would do the right job. Very happy I used him. He came back with his stump grinder who also did a very good thorough job and im very satisfied.
