Brian and the crew did a great job on all my arbor care needs!! 10/10

I have a rental property in the downtown area that I call about a tree that I need removed. The guy who answered the phone said "We don't work in the Hood and we would not be interested in a job like that" the attitude was like we don't work with black people. I will never call them for work in the future.

Bryan is a great man and after receiving his services my life is so much better! Highly recommend!

I always call First Coast Tree to remove or trim my trees. I had a huge pine tree hit by lightning and I couldn't believe the logistics they used to remove the tree in such a tight spot and manage to leave my back yard looking like they had never been there. Absolutely amazing!!

I contacted First Coast Tree Service on Thursday, February 9,2023, regarding service scheduling. The respondent at First Coast Tree Service informed me that their minimum service fee was $400 and asked that I text my address to them. I texted my address to the respondent at First Coast Tree Service and attached photos of the trees to be serviced. The respondent replied by text that they would arrive the following day, Friday, February 10, 2023. They did not arrive and subsequently rescheduled on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 9:00 am. On Monday, February 13, 2023, I contacted the respondent First Coast Tree Service to reaffirm the time of their arrival. They informed that they had no schedule of service for my address on that day and time as I had not responded to their confirmation text. My not received this confirmation text from the respondent, and I sent screen shots of our texted communications clearly indicating that no such confirmation text had ever been sent to me. The respondent at First Coast Tree Service then asked to reschedule again for the third time later in the week. I declined their proposed reschedule. The respondent at First Coast Tree Service text discussion became argumentative, indicating me the customer as being at fault. My final response to First Coast Tree Service was that I would simply find another tree service that would be more responsible for scheduling services.

I would highly recommend this service, I was in desperate need of some tree removal after the hurricane. Other companies were telling me my case was not an emergency, but I was unable to see the damage done from the tree that fell. Bryan was quick and responsive, and on time for everything. Thank you!!

I met Bryan through my neighbor. He has used him for a long time and now it looks like I will also. He came by today and took care of a few trees for me and he did a great job!

Yes Brian showed up gave me the estimate $700 less than the other two his team and him come out and got the one over my garage which I was worried about with no damages I was so happy I brought him to another property to remove a large oak I gave him the check I left before he got through came home and thinking about how wonderful job they've done in my backyard and there I went back to give this help $100 tip each but they had already cleaned up and there was nothing left for sawdust

Bryan went above and beyond, we had been given outrageous quotes by un professional folks to trim a large oak. Bryan came by the same day I inquired about a quote, beat all the others in price. The outcome was just what we wanted, and we will be using him again. He went above and beyond in regard to a large dead tree in our neighbors yard, an investment property. Being a 1st time home owner I had no clue what to do, thanks to his unsolicited help the city will now be removing the tree. In summary USE Bryan company for anything you need for your tree maintenance, he won't pressure you to do un needed work, and will do it with your needs in mind.

Bryan & crew saved my butt post Hurricane Matthew. I had a large oak fall in my pool. Most "Big Name/Fancy Add" tree services NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. Bryan called back, showed up, gave me an EXCELLENT PRICE, did the job, cleaned up AND was a Great Guy (super crew). He has all my future business!! You are a fool not to talk with this company.

Bryan actually answered his phone when I called for a quote. ( I left messages for several other companies & never heard back.) Bryan & his staff are very professional. I think the cost was fair for the work they did. I would absolutely use First Coast Tree again & would recommend them to friends.

Great company-Bryan is very reliable and you won’t find better service with another company. He showed up on time to our consult, gave me an extremely reasonable price (I shopped around-so look no further), and the four trees were cut down a few days later. Bryan let me know when he would be there and was even a few minutes early. He and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the area was cleared-even did a few extras like trim the hedges in a couple areas. They left my property clean and picked up after themselves. Another company just wanted to throw the trees in the preserve behind my house and was going to charge extra to haul them. Bryan didn’t even question hauling them away-it was included in the price. I can’t say enough good things about these guys-trust me, DO NOT look elsewhere. Call these guys every time.

I have used First Coast Tree several times, each time they have been professional and responsive. Anytime I need a tree cut down or trimmed he is my first call and should be yours too. He is a small business but does big things. The owner and his workers are always professional and personable.

Was very impressed with Bryan's knowledge and professionalism during the estimate visit. Gave a competitive quote, went with First Coast Tree because of the extra attention he gave my inquiries during that first meeting. Took down a problematic palm tree that was leaning over the neighbors fence in a very difficult spot. They actually had to use multiple neighbors yards (with permission) due to the location, and they not only got the tree down, but they left the neightbors' yards in perfect condition while also reinstalling the fence panels. Very pleased with the work, they did exactly what they said they would do, they showed up exactly on time, and everything went off without a hitch, which is exactly what I was looking to have happen. I highly recommend this company.
