Pam in the office and Van the owner are great to work with. The crew does great work and in a timely fashion.

Received call from company early in the morning, was told I would be contacted that day by a man named Van, either in the A.M .or P.M. and after waiting the whole day I contacted the company. Van answered my call and was very disgusted and angry that I called him. He said he didn't know what I wanted. So, I ended the call. What's the saying about first impressions, you never get a second chance. I'll make sure that all my business friends avoid this company.

We were looking to get a lot of mulch for our yard. These guys brought us not 1 but 2 loads the day after I called them. I have been waiting for 2 months for Chip Drop to bring me a load. Great service!

We had 5 large pine trees that needed to be removed. One to call Show Me Tree Service and they came out and had it all removed to the stump with a few hours. Then they returned to remove the stumps within a couple of days. They were great and courteous. Arrived on time and always communicated with me and my schedule.

I highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with Show Me Tree Service. They arrived punctually and ready to go. They had all the equipment and machinery to tackle any job. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up all the debris and even skimmed our pool. I would hire them gain without hesitation. Fair pricing as well.

I could not be more pleased with Show Me Tree Service! I needed to have a tree cut down. I emailed for a free quote and the next day they were at my house to assess. They were by far the most affordable quote I received so we decided to use them. The day they were scheduled the weather was terrible, so it had to be rescheduled but the company kept in touch with us, updating us on the new day and the new time, they had the tree removed quickly and not only cleaned up all of the debris, but even raked up some existing piles of leaves i had in the yard already! All of the workers were polite and the work was fantastic! I have a few more trees i would like trimmed and when the time comes i will use them FOR SURE!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Owner called me and seemed very off.. his secretary then called me another day and continuously promised me things she never delivered on (sending price quotes, etc.). Owner supposedly came out to do an estimate, but never informed me he was on my property, and when his secretary called, she gave me a quote for the tree requested and an entirely different tree I didn't ask for. I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't discuss my concerns with him when he was here quoting the tree and to ensure we had the same vision.
I 100% advise against using this company.

Mr Van Harms furnished reasonable price for cutting of dead trees along our wood line. I was not in rush to have work done.
Carl & Scott came today in rain storm and cut trees safely and did the work with a good attitude. No complaints or problems. Second time used this company, would call again if needed.

Recently purchased a new property and needed some trees removed and others cleaned up. Called around for quotes and received the best price for the job from Van. Crew showed up on time and completed all work quoted very efficiently and professionally and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything before they left. Will use again in the future for any tree work and recommend to others.

Van at Show Me Tree Service's came out and put me right on the schedule. The company was here at the time they said they would be. The stump they ground was in a very precarious location between two house and very near a water line. They took extra care making sure not to damage the water line. I'd use this company again and would recommend them to my friends. Very pleased with the results and attention to detail from this company.

We called Show Me because we used them before and had a great experience. I wish I could say that we had a good experience this time, but we did not. We were given an estimate for our job that it would take l l/2 days, my husband felt that we should allow 2 days just in case so they could complete all the work we agreed on. At the end of the 2nd day they were not even half done with the work so we asked them to come back to complete. They did agree to come back another day to work on some stump grinding. At the end of the third day the owner informed us they had completed their commitment and if we wanted additional work done it would be another $2100, but they could get it done in just 1 more day. My husband reluctantly hired them again to complete the remaining work. They came back the next week and completed half the work again. Our debris removal company also pointed out that we had stumps that were well over a foot above the ground and would need additional grinding. When I called the owner to address the work that had been uncompleted he informed me that they had completed their commitment and that the work they were doing was very time consuming and they did not have enough time to complete the job but they would be happy to come back out at a pro-rated rate. They did come back out and did some additional stump grinding but I now have to pay twice for debris removal. My expectation is when I hire someone to complete a job that they understand their business and know what a realistic timeframe is to complete without updating or changes prices because they did not complete job. Did I mention that the workers came with no ladders or wheel barrow to complete their work and had to use ours?? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Van and Pam are very friendly and helpful and Friendly, they have done several jobs for me and my neighbors. the guys in the field do great work and clean up behind them selves.

My neighbors hired these losers to remove two trees. Had to use my yard for access. Rutted up my yard with their tractor and left holes from said tractor and trash from sodas I gave them. Called several times to have them fix what they did. Gave a story said he would be by. It’s been three weeks now. No show. Don’t waste your money spend a few dollars more for a reputable company.

I give this company zero stars! April 3rd my neighbor called me to ask if I was having my tree trimmed. I said no. Apparently, Show Me Tree Service vehicle whacked my tree. Never came to my door to make me aware. They were doing work 2 doors down. They instead. Chopped the limb that was hanging over their vehicle onto the ground up into pieces and put it in their grinder. When I went outside, no apology. No nothing. They did say “we will be back to make it look better.” They did the job for my neighbor and never came back. I called 3 times and spoke to the guys on sight a week later. No one has called me back or come to my home to fix what they did! They are extremely unprofessional. When I call the women sounds annoyed with me. She said she spoke to the owner and they would be out last weekend. These are empty promises. I will never use this company and will share my experiences on every possible platform. This is an eye sore and I can get a violation from my HOA. All I want is for them to come fix it. And seal it as my tree could die from such a massive impact due to them miss reading the height of their vehicle. ~Very angry Veteran Family!

Outstanding service!! Ben and his crew performed tree trimming and removal of two trees with surgical precision! Ben is an expert arborist and delivers honest advice on the health of your trees. He manages his crew and your property with the upmost safety in mind. The crew left my yard cleaner than my yard service! Ben also removed three trees for our community and seven trees of mine in the past at a very reasonable price. He was able to remove a tree 90 feet away with his crane parked on the road. I highly recommend Big Ben's Tree Service for quality, safe tree service of any kind!

I wouldn't use anyone other than Big Ben. My Mandarin home is full of very large and old Oak Trees. These trees make the property. Ben does a great job getting through some tight access limitations to the back yard and always has the answer to ensure our landscape can showcase the beautiful Oak Trees, keeping them trimmed up nice all the time. Not the cheapest guy in town, but he is the best and is always fair.

I needed to have all the trees on my property trimmed and fertilized. Ben and his team were very helpful in explaining the process, arriving on time and putting in a long day until the job was done. They did a wonderful job with the trimming and cleaned up so well the yard looked better than when they started. Couldn't be happier. They were careful to ask about and work carefully around the septic tank and drainfield. I'm the third generation of my family to count on Ben for excellent work and I am thankful I did.

I recently had Big Ben tree service trim my trees all 10 of them for the upcoming hurricane season, he explained to me about the pruning that lightens up the trees for the wind. I contracted him to trim all my trees. I had the front six trees trimmed and I liked it. I had him come back out and trim the back porch trees two different crews and the work was the same. I was glad that I listened to BEN. THE WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN
