This is the 4th time we have used them. They always do an A+ job. The owner, Ben, will take the time to explain the “why” of the work he recommends. They are not the cheapest you will find, but their pricing is competitive, and their workmanship far and above others we used. They are insured, trained well, and take ALL safety considerations for themselves and your property. They clean up 110% and haul everything off - raking up every leaf and small stick that came down.

Ive had over 30 trees removed over the years by four different tree companies and every time they leave big ruts in yhe yard and/or damage my property.

I recently paid Big Ben's to take out two giant leaning oaks (4ft base) and his crew showed up with the right equipment and they were gone in two hours like they and the trees were never there - perfection His crew also took out a smaller dead tree and ground two old stumps for me at no charge. These guys are the real-deal!!!

Big Ben just came out with a crane and removed a huge oak tree that had fallen partially on our house from a recent storm. Ben himself was on site working hard with his team to safely take apart and fully remove this dangerously situated tree. I was amazed how efficiently they accomplished the job, down to the last stick. They were all such pros!

Ben did a fantastic job with the removal of a very large oak using the big crane to lift individual sections of it over the fence and home, and then thinned out the remaining oaks on my property. This was a huge tree and everything went as planned, Thanks Ben!!

Big Ben’s Tree Service did an outstanding job removing a huge Laurel Oak and stump from our front yard. We were concerned that the limbs over the house posed a significant safety risk. Ben's expertise, his crew and crane safely brought the limbs down. They actually exceeded our expectations with the stump removal and cleanup.
This is the fourth time we have hired Big Ben’s Tree Service to remove or trim trees. We are extremely happy with their work. I will hire them again the next time we need tree service. I suggest you hire them too!

Yesterday I walked out the front door to head to work and noticed that my new 2024 Chevy Silverado was covered with sawdust. Big Ben's tree service was working on a house across the street. The machine that grinds up limbs etc. was stationed directly across the street (in front of my drive way). I took a look at the other 2 vehicles in my driveway, and they too were covered with sawdust.
I noticed that the running light of a large vehicles with their company was still parked on the street. I drove down to where he was, jumped out and spoke to the gentleman who was in the driver seat. He was really kind & polite. He was apologetic and stated that when the other guys got back that he would have it taken care of. I was extremely polite as there was no reason to be anything other than that. I know it wasn't intentionally done.
I asked if they could at least blow the sawdust off. That was the end of it. When I arrived home, they were gone but the sawdust was still there.

By the way, I took pictures. Also, my cameras show that at the time of the grinding of limbs, there was room in the driveway of the house they were working on to park their grinding machine.

These guys are absolutely amazing, they came to my house to trim 2 trees and I could not be happier with the work. They were extremely quick, courteous, and more than reasonable in price. They pretty much saved my roof from these overgrown oaks from taking off my shingles.

Owner has no time to discuss how his employees cut down a tree on my neighbors property. They apparently took liberties and decided it was ok to proceed to cut down a tree that was on a different property. They leaned over the fence to cut this one down. Hopefully after seeing this he will call my neighbor to make the situation right as she is in her 70's and absolutely devastated by the situation.

This was a pleasent experience from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable arborists and workers. Priced fairly and great service.

I want to thank Big Ben Tree Service for the beautiful job done on the trimming of the massive > 100 year old oak on my property. The professional team arrived first thing and ready to work. It was an extremely hot day. I was not only satisfied with the tree work, but very pleased with the clean up following. Thank you to the very courteous team.

They did a great job on my tree removal, stump grinding and tree trimming! They were done a lot sooner than I expected, but the quality of work definitely top notch!

I had some urgent needs for tree service because a tree snapped and was hanging by the vines. I didn't want it to fall! I called Big Ben's on a Tuesday, Cole came out and took a look at it same day. By Friday, everything I needed was done. They were very helpful, and also Alexis who emailed the quote to me was really helpful too. Would recommend 100%.

The 4 guys that came out were great at their jobs. Came in and everybody worked. NO one was chatting on their cell phones; which was pleasant to see. I will definitely be using them again. 100% satisfied!

All the guys were respectful and polite. Ben came out himself to give the estimate and he's the one up in the trees. I would recommend them to do any of my properties.
