The owner, James, gave me a quote the morning after I requested it and began work later that afternoon. James and his team worked quickly and professionally to take down and remove my trees. The team did an amazing job, hauled away all the trees and debris and cleaned up the yard. Allwood charged me a fair price for all the work done. I highly recommend them.

Professional. Efficient. Courteous. Clean.... The crew did a wonderful job trimming my two BIG trees last December! The way they selected the branches showed knowledge, understanding and care. After the tree work, the crew swept the grounds well and put the cut branches in neat piles before their collecting truck came.... The receptionist at the office was also friendly and helpful in answering my calls. I was very happy with their work and will contact Steve again for my next project.

My experience with Steve from Custom Tree Surgeons was nothing short of spectacular. Not only were their prices insanely low compared to other estimates I received, the service was just as outstanding. I had two fairly large trees removed in my front yard, one leaning over my house, but they were able to get them both done before lunch. If you're on the fence about giving them a ring, do yourself a favor and make the call, you won't regret it!

Steve and Custom Tree Service did a fantastic job for me. I called the office and was told someone would call me back to set up the estimate and as promised my phone rang in a few minutes and it was Steve on the other end wanting to set up an appointment to come out and take a look at the job. Steve came out and gave me a great price on the job and told me when he could do the job. I agreed to the price and date and they actually showed up on the agreed upon day and time and went to work immediately. Their guys were very professional and courteous. They did a great job for a really fair and reasonable price and cleaned up after the job was finished. I highly recommend Steve and Custom Tree Sureons. They know their business and treated me right.

I can't say enough of how great a job these guys did! The tree in my backyard was almost dead and my yard is small so there isn't a lot of room to work in. Steve provided an estimate and told me the guys would be there the next day around 8. They showed up on time and worked all day, being mindful of my little house and was careful to not damage anything. They even cut the neighbors tree that was also sick! My neighbor got an excellent price as well. Their pricing is great and they did excellent work. If you have questions feel free to email me - these guys are the best!

Custom Trees did an excellent job of removing a large water oak overhanging my roof. They were very professional and careful not to damage my yard with equipment and removing the limbs over the roof. Clean up was outstanding. Highly recommend !!!

When 2018 arrived I asked Steve to schedule me for an inspection and trimming recommendations for my 150 year old oak tree. From start to finish I was impressed with Custom Tree Surgeons. Was referred by my neighbor and could not be happier with the service. Steve Baker was very professional, educational, and prompt. The job wasn't an easy task.. oak trees over my house and within inches from the home. The crew took down the trees quickly, removed stumps, and hauled off all debris. Custom Tree Surgeons is a very well run company. Actually, the best. I used them maybe 12 or 13 years ago to take down 2 trees. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Since then I've recommended them to a couple of friends who used them. They both reported back to me with the same results. Reasonable price with excellent results. Recently (8/16/18) I used them again to remove an old dead tree. Again, the price was reasonable and excellent results. They removed the tree and stacked the logs on the street. A little while later one of their trucks came by and picked up the logs. But they did more than pick up the logs. They racked up the small debris, then pulled out a lawn blower and cleaned up the street and even my sidewalk. I can't think of anything else they could have possibly have done. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I see.

I appreciate the work done by Custom Tree Surgeons on July 3rd. The project was the removal of a large water oak tree which was very near to a house and two air conditioner units. The team arrived at the time agreed upon and began to work with great skill. The tree cutter was very accurate in his work to safely handle each piece of wood. All team members knew exactly what to do and they worked together very well. The project was completed in a timely manner and the clean up was perfect. Steve Baker did an excellent job in the planning and management of the operation. I look forward to doing business with Custom Tree Surgeons in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Custom Tree Surgeons. We had a pretty big job and they were able to schedule us within a couple of days. It took about a day and a half to complete and their price was by far the lowest. They ground all the stumps and left the yard looking great! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to family and friends!

I had two huge water oaks in my front yard (that were behind utility lines). Steve came out immediately and once I gave them the go ahead, they came out quickly. The price was more than fair (I did get several quotes) but equally important was the level of professionalism and the efficiency of everyone that came out (and because of the size of my trees there was a team of people)! They also took the extra step to lay plywood down so the heavy equipment they used did not mess up my yard or driveway. They also did an amazing job cleaning everything up! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Steve and Custom Tree Surgeons were awesome! I called them and they came out the same day (within 30 minutes) with an estimate. Once I told them to go ahead, within 3 days my dead tree was gone and my house safe again. They had to remove a portion of my chain link fence, but it was put back in the same place. They are highly professional and I would highly recommend!! I will definitely use them again if I need tree work done.

Excellent experience using custom tree surgeons. After scanning all the stellar reviews I called for an estimate. I received a same-day quote and large job began the following day. I was blown away by how quickly they removed so many trees. Steve and his crew were so easy to work with I had them return for another big job the very next week.The crew members "WORK" with pride and passion day in and day out!
