Called several tree companies to have a large oak removed Custom Tree Surgeons was the first to call me back. Within a couple hours ,Steve Baker showed up and gave me me a price that I thought was very reasonable. At that point I contracted with him The job was completed within 4 days and you can't tell the tree was ever there.The cleanup was exceptional and I highly recommend this company for any tree service you need.

They did a fantastic job! We got the quote and were able to schedule the job right away. Everything was done fast and very professional. And all of that for a fair price. We worked with so many tree removal companies over the years but Custom Tree is definitely the best one! Will be hiring them again and again 🙌

Custom Tree Surgeons did a wonderful job taking down two trees and cleaning overhang for us this week. They were very easy to schedule, on time, had a full, friendly, experienced crew and got the job done and cleaned up in the same day. Steve and his crew are AMAZING. Quick, Efficient, Safe and overall, great. Best prices that I could find to cut a tree, remove debris and grind the stump. I initially had them remove a mulberry tree from my front yard, they were done in about an hour and all the debris was gone too! A week later, I had them remove a large Magnolia tree and I couldn't be happier with their work and customer service. TOP NOTCH, I will be a returning customer for any remaining trees I want removed and I will constantly recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

We have used this company at least 3 times; they are consistently good! They were prompt, professional and courteous.. the man talked to us about what we expected and they did the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The folks who came to take the cut limbs away did a great job too, leaving our yard neat and clean. Great work, thank you all!

I recently met Steve Baker of Custom Tree Surgeons and we started talking about his company. I mentioned to him that I recently had a 50 ft high Maple tree that had died for no apparent reason and it was dangerously close to mine and my neighbors homes. I told him that in my opinion that it was going to be very difficult to get to this tree to remove it without possibly damaging either home adjacent to the dead tree. He told me to lets have a look at the situation so we scheduled a time for us to meet and discuss the problem tree. He studied the proximity of the tree and quickly said that company had the equipment, know how, and seasoned employees to quickly rectify the situation safely and completely. He schedule the project for the next day and his men arrived promptly that day and immediately commenced working. All of their equipment was well maintained and looked brand new. Employees were neat and presentable. They were very hard working guys and quickly made short work of the tree even though the temperature was over 100 degrees that day. The site was left spotless including grinding the stump.
I have paid a lot more and received much sloppier tree work in the past. You will not be disappointed using this company !!!

I had some big trees as well as smaller ones removed from Custom Tree Surgeons and they were very professional from the beginning to the end of the job. They definitely pick up behind themselves when the job is complete and they didn't mess up the yard or other trees I wanted to keep. They were great guys on the crew and Steve Baker was the best. Steve is a super guy and very polite & professional. Everything we agreed to was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I even recommended them to a few of my friends. No stress on my end was a big plus! Great guys and a great company.

He had a crew that was able to start my job the next day at 7:30 am. I accepted his price quote.
His crew were all very nice and knew what to do and got busy as soon as they showed up at 7:30 am.

Custom Tree Surgeons did an excellent job removing an oak tree at my house. Very punctual both getting a quote and getting the job done. Plus they give special attention to cleaning up the site. I've used many tree companies but this is the 1st time I've used a truly professional tree company. What a difference and at a good price. Highly recommend.

Custom Tree Surgeons is an upstanding organization. They came on time every day and left my property completely cleaned up each of the days of this job. They removed 16 trees and trimmed three others and the work was amazingly done! The men were courteous, kind, and respectful of my property, myself and my neighbors. He helped us figure out which trees we should keep and which ones should be removed. The price he quoted us was much lower than some of the other quotes we received. We had a troublesome double tree in our backyard that we needed to remove. Steve came out to give a great estimate and my wife said he answered all her questions and was very professional. Steve had his team come out in the morning. They were all very polite and punctual on the agree upon time. We loved the way they handled the tree removal service. They were done in a total of three days. The team arrived each morning to work on the tree, moved all the debris to the street, and Steve had a truck come and remove it each day. My wife was very happy that it did not sit on our lawn for long periods of time. It has been a busy month at work and it was good to come home and see the progress. Steve was always available to take a call during the job. We look forward to hiring Steve's crew again when we are ready to take out our next tree. We really appreciate the good work that they did!

I had a large leaning tree in the back of my house after a storm and called five different companies for a quote to help me bringing it down. Custom Tree Surgeons gave me the best price and gave me the confidence of dealing with people who know what they are doing from the first visit. Other companies could not avoid using the usual scare tactics to just jack up the price.
The fact that they were able to complete the task in just an hour doesn't mean it was easy or small. They just have the right equipment, the experience, the know-how and the skill to tackle a large tree with confidence. I felt I was dealing with a no-hassle and honest company. They did a good job.

We have used a few other tree services in the past but this company is by far the best ever. They showed up on time ready to go to work. All of the guys were professional and knew exactly what they needed to do to get the job done. We had 2 very large trees taken down. One of the right up against our house and not only did they get it down without harming our house they ground the stump away, gone! They had a very tight space to get both trees down and did it with no problems at all. When they left our house, besides the trees being gone, you wouldn't have know they had been there. First of all, I love that I got an exact date and time of service. Jeremy called me the afternoon before to confirm again the day/time of service. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They took a little time to game plan and ensure that their approach was compatible for my yard. We have a fence, garage, pool, and existing landscaping that had to be considered. They did a great job! They cleaned up afterwards and had the limbs and debris off my property very quickly. I will 100% hired them again and recommend them to others. I was very impressed with their courteous behavior and manners. Well worth the money!

A tree that is in the ditch next to my house is in danger of falling after another tree fell last September during the storm. The city owns this tree and they came out to mark it in order to have it removed. So, sometime probably in February a man from this company came and left his business card in my door stating that he was there for the city to see about removing the tree. So, I called him and after "some" days, he called me back and said that he is waiting to see if the city wants to include a tree right next to my tree but is across the fence in my neighbor's yard. He said he'd get back with me. It's been at least 2 months and I've left several messages on the office and his cell phone. He has not returned my call. At this point, I wouldn't want him to remove the tree because he can't even return a call (s). Even if he didn't want to do the job for the city, he could at least call and say that he will let the city use someone else to do it. This is very unprofessional. It's a good thing that I wasn't the one to pay him for the service because I would be VERY angry. So, this experience with this company lets me know to never use him even I was paying nor will I recommend them. UPDATE: i just learned from the city that this man said the tree was removed and closed the case. CLEARLY THE TREE IS STILL THERE!! This explains why he won't answer or return my calls. Why did he sign up with the city to remove trees if he doesn't want to do the job? No worries! I'm glad he bailed because he lets me know the kind of job he would have done.

Ken was great. He helped me get a stray kitten down from a tree that had been stuck there for days. If you want someone who cares about doing a great job and a kind person this is the place!

Steve impressed me with the price ! and the workers impressed me with their work ethic they're very knowledgeable and did a great job cutting the tree down, and the cleanup,and grinding the stump, very satisfied I would recommend their services wholeheartedly
