Genesis did a great job removing five trees from my property, including a very large and troublesome Oak for a very reasonable price. Adam coordinated with JEA and a LARGE crane owner to help with the operation, which was quite major. My home is now free of a constant worry and enjoys the skyline I always wanted. I would recommend these folks to anyone!

It seemed to start out bad. I called and asked for tech to call me when on the way. I thought they no call no showed-turns out, they came early and stayed ahead of expectations. Great!!! From start (phone call) to finish (job and invoice), they did an amazing job. Well above and beyond. Most professional, kind, reasonable company I’ve ever dealt with involving home services. I live in old Mandarin and have done a lot of tree work over the past 10 years and Genesis is the best that I have worked with! They were on-site to inspect the job the same day I contacted them and sent me a written proposal the next business day. We scheduled the job and they arrived on-site at the agreed upon time. The communication was excellent. They left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. They cleaned up and hauled off all of the debris as agreed, but they also blew off the debris from the entire roof of the property. I had 8 trees removed and in the process some debris fell and nicked a few slats on my fence. I didn't even have to ask, when I returned to inspect the completed job the wooden fence slats had already been replaced. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!

The storm came and dropped a giant tree limb on the front of my house. I was given quotes by other companies which were ridiculous and they could not get to my house till the next week.Called Genesis and spoke to Floye who was a lifesaver getting me scheduled ASAP. They were out that day gave me a great price and when they left the area was cleaner than it was before the limb fell. Adam is a tree master with his knowledge and skill with trees. If I hear anyone needs tree work I tell them to call Genesis. Thanks again guys!!!

The professionalism and quality didn't stop at the estimator, the office staff, the tree removal crew and stump grinder were all a pleasure to work with. Fast and efficient. This company is unlike any other tree company. The attention to detail and professionalism they displayed while taking down the tree we requested was above and beyond. They’re goal isn’t just to cut down a tree, it’s to make sure that their client is completely satisfied with their service. There was an extra tree that I told them later about and they had no issue trying to make it work and fit it onto the truck that was already filled to the brim.After every single branch that was cut, they cleaned the road and all the saw dust before the next one was cut. The most efficient and professional tree service I have ever used. AND the crazy part is they are extremely affordable and give a very fair price. I do encourage anyone to let them take care of your tree needs as you will not be disappointed.

The Genesis people brought their “A” team. I had a "widow maker" leaning over my neighbors garage. I explain the situation to them. They came out immediately gave me a good estimate. And followed through with immediate service. They took the tree down very professionally. There were four of them as a team. Each one of them went to work straight away. They were all polite. The knew what they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a privilege to watch them work. And yes if I need another service like this, I will be calling them.

Adam and his team were awesome during the entire tree removal process. Their expertise and dedication showed throughout the day, using their skills to methodically remove nine hard-to-reach trees, and did so without any property damage or injuries. They were able to cut all the trees down within a day, then return back the next two days to remove stumps and the lumber from the front yard. The costs were affordable, and I appreciate them and their hard work.

My kids thought today was like their birthday and Christmas all rolled into one with the big crane, truck and heavy machinery. The crew were patient and kind with the kiddos, and diligent and safe with the tree removal! We had 3 water oaks removed today, and one was a monster that was right up against our house. Big Oak Tree limb fell on roof.....was too big for us to take care of ourselves. Called several tree services
(Left a message) before finding Genesis (good reviews Angie’s list or Home Advisor). Someone actually answered the phone took all my info. (With picture of fallen limb on roof) and she forwarded it to someone in the field (Adam). We were worried about the cost...(another company had even told me they charged $1000 minimum just to show up) Genesis showed up next day equipped to take care of the problem and did it for a very fair price. Relieved and happy with their service. Very good experience using Genesis and can recommend them to others.

Genesis is definitely the way to go if you need tree work. The guys came out got straight to work , they took a large pine in our back yard down and did it with such ease and perception...I was amazed. They all work quickly and had the tree down and yard cleaned in no time ..as if they were never here. They did wonderful work and will definitely have my business in the future.

Once the weather cooperated, Adam and his crew came and performed some great work on removing our ball moss, mistletoe, and a bunch of dead or dangerous branches. These are the guys with the right equipment to take care of your tree work the right way. They really know their business. I would highly recommend Genesis Tree Care.

We received 3 quotes from tree services. One of the other tree services wanted to put a crane on our neighbor's driveway and have them sign a waiver for damages. However, Genesis never mentioned this option, but rather used a crane from my driveway and lifted the tree over my house without any damage. Genesis was courteous and straight forward about what they were going to do and also had the least expensive price. I would highly recommend using their services again.

Needed moss removed and some trimming from my favorite tree ever. They did amazing. Affordable, on time, cleaned up everything.

I hired Genesis to trim two live oak trees in our front yard. They gave me an estimate within two days and the job was done within a week. The whole process was done very professionally by everyone on the team. The trees look beautiful and were perfectly trimmed. Their cleanup was immaculate. Their estimate was very reasonable. I always make sure to hire someone with liability and workman's comp insurance (which Genesis maintains) I can't imagine hiring someone who could do a better job and I will use them again.

Wow!! What a great job the Genesis crew did on my front and back yard!! They went out of their way to trim and cut so the trees still looked great. They completely cleaned up afterwards. Extremely professional and timely. And the icing on the cake was the extremely reasonable cost. No price gouging with this company!!
