It's pretty easy to see why Jax tree removal gets such high reviews. Getting an estimate was painless. They fit me into the schedule for the following week. The price for their work was more than fair. On the day of, they showed up exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. Everything was done exactly as I was quoted and they took the extra time to throughly clean up. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Came out super fast for the estimate, Really walked through the whole process with ,y partner. After several other estimates, This was not only the best price but was also the most thorough consultation. The work was great, all stumps nice and low. They went above and beyond and cleaned up limps not even related to the trees being cut. They left our yard in better condition than when they got there.

Called a few local companies and Jax Tree Removal beat other companies. Fully licensed and insured! Cut down a 68 foot pine tree and ground 2 stumps. Came on the day scheduled. Stump grinder came on the same day even though they said they where a day behind. No extra charges. No hidden fees. I was able to pay in full via Zelle from my business accounts. I would recommend this company to others.

Fair estimate and pricing. Quick scheduling and no hiccups on the job site. The were able to cut the trees the day of our closing on the property. Also was able to meet the owner Todd on site for our job. Very Professional team who cleaned up after themselves. Tony also came back after to do a walk through to confirm everything was to our satisfaction. Great communication also. We had about 20 trees including very tall pines that
were close to our home and water oaks overhanging the home as well as stump grinding done. Really enjoyed working with them. They don’t do gutter or roof cleaning so if it is a large home or job be prepared to do that after.

They did a great job, showed up on time, careful with yard and personal objects. Worked continuously till done, all debris removed. Crew was courteous and professional.

Tom and his crew were super professional. HIs equipment is state of the art and reduced a 60' plus, 3' diameter tree to a bump on the ground with zero damage to the yard, the driveway, or any surrounding power lines etc. All for the best price I was quoted among 5 vendors. He also did some work on our palms and took out a tainted citrus tree and cleaned up some oaks in the back yard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

What a great tree service. They did such a good job of removing my fallen tree and also trimming my three large oak trees. The clean up was exceptional and I feel they were fairly priced.

I just completed the renovations in my home and decided it was time to take out the two large water oaks in the backyard. What a mistake! The wood fence in the back was broken, there were piles of mulch I was told would not be removed, they drove over my pavers and dislocated them, they broke my sprinklers, they drove in the front driveway which they never advised me they would do, and they broke the gate because the flat bed would not fit it, the cone with the rocks is how they left my brand new gate, they cracked the driveway, they ruined the sod in the front yard, they drove through my neighbors yard and now I am paying for that damage. I am so upset with the damage to my home. And to top it off I am told "well we got the trees out safely". That's what you were hired to do, isn't it? Now, I have called a fence company to put back the wood fence, to repair the gate that can't be closed so my dogs can't go out, they can't go out back because the wood fence is leaning against the post. Oh yes, the paper work says we will take the fence down, but not put it back up, really? Also they advised me the waist high piles of mulch they will be leaving there unless I want to pay more for them to haul it off. So, let me get this straight, you come into my $30,000 home improvement loan that I took out in 6/22 to get the front and back beautiful, you destroy the sprinklers, you break my gate, you take the wood fence apart, you trample my pavers, you destroy my plants, you drive into my driveway with a huge flatbed and break the cement driveway, you destroy the sod in the front and I am supposed to be content that you got the trees out safely? I need to repair all this brand new renovation that I am still paying off. thank you Jax Tree Removal for the most awful experience!

Steve was a great person to deal with, he understood what was needed to clear the tree from my fence line as it was from a neighbor. The crew came in and went to work and in an hour they were done and gone. Great folks and an even better price. Thanks Jax Tree! Highly recommend
