Wow….wow…wow… after reaching out to several tree services and having no shows.. Genesis Tree Care stepped up!!
After sharing my frustration on Nextdoor app they responded that they will show up and they did!!!
They removed 5 trees 2 that were between houses ( which I’m told is a TOUGH job and a 90 ft dying pecan tree).. along with two others!!
I promise they were like tree fairies…. They were here for the day ( it was a BIG job) and then they were gone… the trees where gone and they left my yard in great shape!
I would HIGHLY RECOMEND!!

This review is long overdue. I had a huge limb fall from my neighbors mostly dead tree and almost crush my shed. I don’t have a chainsaw so I couldn’t remove it myself. Genesis was in the neighborhood on another job so I asked if they could remove it. They made quick of the limb and cleaned up the mess. Greatly appreciated! And great price! Thanks guys. I recommend you every chance I get.

Whole process from start to finish was a great experience. Office staff was great, answered all my questions, set up the appt for an estimate, & they showed up right on time. The day of removal they arrived with a full crew of professionals. Everyone went to work and did their job, no bickering, no one shouting orders, everyone knew their task! Like a well oiled machine. Clean up was wonderful. Thanks guys!!!!

Excellent tree service company. They were very accommodating to my schedule and did a great job trimming and cleaning up several trees too close to my roof. They removed all debris. Very efficient. I highly recommend.

Topnotch company that has saved my home from the risk of serious damage from trees that grew too close to the house. The company's certified arborist is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to discuss options in person and in follow up phone calls. The hardworking crew carefully removed the trees with the right equipment, which they skillfully operated throughout the difficult and complex removal process. They were also very pleasant. I couldn't be more pleased with Jax Tree Removal.

I was extremely impressed by Tom and his crew! Tom came the same day I called him to come out to give an estimate on removing 2 trees and grinding the stumps, plus an old stump remaining in the yard.
We were scheduled for tree removal 3 days later!! The crew arrived at 8:30 am ready to go and was completely finished before 11:00 am. They loaded up all the limbs to haul away and didn't leave behind a single leaf!! All the crew was very respectful of our property as well as the next door neighbors.
The price was very, very reasonable for the job they did and I couldn't be happier!

Joe and Team did a great and professional job with trimming the trees around our dwelling and garage for an exceptional price. With the bad storms and high winds, it was needed and my family feels safer because the heavy branches/trees are no longer hovering over our home. Great job!

It was truly a wonderful experience using Jax Tree Removal. They showed up on time on the agreed upon date and got right to work. The workers were incredibly professional and courteous. They endeavored to answer all my questions made me feel very at ease with the work. I had two large oaks removed that were hanging directly over the house, safety was paramount. Their price came in at a significant percentage less than the nearest reputable competitor. I have no regrets using them and HIGHLY recommended them for anyone interested in tree services. The owner told me that it would be like the trees were never there and he meant it. My house and yard were actually cleaner when they left than before they even started.

An exceptional experience. I thought it was time to cut down my precious Willow. Tony was able to diagnose the brewing type of Weeping Willow disease, my treatment action plan and pruning tips all indepth before making the decision to cut down. I was amazed by how quickly these guys get to work. In one afternoon one gentleman came out, we reached a mutual amount and he was on the phone to another worker. After the call he said it'll be taken of in about an hour. Sure enough another truck arrived and in maybe an hour it was through. Very impressed, very pleased. Highly recommend.

These guys are the real deal! They worked tirelessly all day to get this huge tree down for me and cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have even known it was taken down. Steve was a pleasure to work with!

This company does excellent work. I had two trees on my property as well as some overgrown trees from my neighbors houses that had grown over my house, garage, and swimming pool. Thanks to the team at, Jax Tree Removal, the nightmare is over! Be forewarned that their equipment is heavy and might crack your driveway. One of my driveways did crack, but, it was cracked previous to them parking on it. It’s not a problem for me since replacing my driveways was already on my renovation list.

Tony, Brian & his crew are awesome. I highly recommend. They removed a big limb that was growing over the top of my shed, in a awkward spot in my small back yard. They did it perfectly, clean up was completed before they left & other than the big limb gone.. I can't tell they were back there.

I couldn't find a better company to cut my trees, Tom is very professional, he always calls you back. They clean everything after work and everybody is friendly

Highly recommend. Tony came and estimated a fair price within 15 minutes and did an excellent job. Best service. Other companies were trying to use an excuse that need to rent the crank and jack up price way up.

Jax Tree Removal did an awesome job trimming the massive oak tree in front of my house (and next to power lines). Not only were they reasonably priced but they were also incredibly professional, great with communication, and highly efficient. The whole crew was amazing. They took done two trees and 2 big branches. They are very organized on everything they did on our property. They cleaned up everything, they racked up all the loose leaves and branches, and blew off the driveway and yard. Fantastic. Recommending to everyone we know.

Tony worked with me during a busy hurricane season to trim large (scary) magnolia branches away from my home. The work was done before my scheduled time which I am very grateful for.
