They were so professional they was quick respectful I would recommend them because they work back them up they took their time and showed me how to work the system you would not know they would be working in your house because they be working and they be so professional they clean up behind themselves I just love them young as and I will recommend this company to anyone and the system works so beautifully I am very very much satisfied and thank you velocity heating and cooling

Great service. I had my unit replaced in 2017. I have my a/c service every year by Velocity also. Highly recommended Velocity for a/c servicing.

We purchased a building that they had installed the HVAC for. We are just over the warranty line and there are major issues with the unit. They came back out and quoted us $2500 to fix something that they installed just over a year ago that should not have gone out by now while we have a $300 quote from another company.

They did a very good job with replacing my old AC unit...Nick is a gentleman and a thorough and reliable professional..

I dont leave reviews that often. But i couldnt pass up giving this company one. My wife and i were in homedepot and met the owner there asking advice about duct work. We went from there. They sold us a great system at a great price and did an awesome job. Hard to find that these days.

It’s a cozy 81 degrees in my house now (in the middle of August) after this company came out and told me my unit that they installed, was “fine.”

Worst company! They refused to even go in the attic!

Tech that came was not capable of looking for manual online..at time of visit we could not obtain. He did not try to correct settings to fix problem. Not professional at all
