My old 5 tons unit was 15 years old. For the last 5 years, we've been milking it. Last week, it started shutting down. The wife and I had enough, and laid it to rest. Velocity Air, has been our A/C team for years. His team is very professional and on time. Once they are done, you will never know they were there. Clean up was outstanding. Thanks again!!!

We have used Velocity Flow for 2 years now and they have surpassed our expectations. We had to replace both of our units in our home due to aging. We had one upstairs in a bonus room and one downstairs. They have always given us options and fair quoting. They even explained the difference in a gas furnace versus a heat pump and helped us make a better decision for our home. They have been timely in their arrival, responsive and professional. From my first call to Velocity for the initial consulting to the completion of the HVAC replacement, it took only 24 hours on a hot late Spring day. Throughout the process, Nick was there to provide professional advice, straightforward quotes, guidance for his on-site crew and finally a wrap-up visit. His crew was also professional, courteous and efficient. I had been working inside my office and didn't notice any noise or much of anything until the cool air started breathing into the house. Nick made an extra visit to help clean up the drainage and eventually fixed a pre-existing issue of a clogged pipe. I was lucky that the problem was caught and fixed early on. All things considered, this was one of the best experiences I had for a sizable repair project. The emergency of a broken AC condenser was unpredictable, but getting a top-notch service from Velocity is incredibly reassuring. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC repairs or replacements in the Jacksonville area.

Worst AC company ever! The guy comes out and checks it out and tells us, “there’s probably a leak in the attic, and I don’t go in the attic when it’s this hot.” How does an AC company refuse to go in the attic?

Don’t let them fool you either. They have 3 Google accounts so they can weed out the bad reviews.

One of their drivers was on the road, swerving and tailgating us turning on their brights in broad daylight and trying to get around my girlfriend and I on a solid line road. We were going the speed limit. We then brake checked him to back off he continued to do this so we were getting fed up. Your company is a joke I called your management the number in the truck? Yeah couldnt speak to a manager or someone who can point to the owner of this business. You hire low quality employees. You deserve nothing but disrespect.

When I moved to my home several years ago, it had 2 older AC units. When one gave out, Velocity flow did a fantastic job replacing the unit. Ever since I have been relying on them to service both the new and the old unit and been extremely satisfied. Just this week they saved the day when my older AC broke down. I called them at 7 am and they were there by 12 noon and fixed it for a reasonable fee. They’re just a great company, extremely easy to work with and super accommodating when I’ve needed to request a specific window for a service call. Highly recommend their services!

My neighbors had a new unity installed by Velocity and I heard nothing but praises for Nick and his team. My experience from start to finish was outstanding. I had a unit that was over 12 years old, original to the house, and needed a whole house hvac/ac install on short notice. I quoted out to numerous companies and Nick and his team beat all competitors in pricing and they were able to install within my time frame.

Not only did Nick and his team show up on time, they were all friendly, efficient and did a solid cleanup job. I was walked through the new features of the unit and the next steps. I was ensured everything was to my satisfaction before they left.

If I could leave negative reviews I would. This “AC” man came to my house and told me that my unit was “fine,” even though it was 81 degrees in my home. This unit his company installed and still supposedly had a “warranty.” He refused to go in the attic to see if there was any leaks…. Who works for an AC company doesn’t go into the attic?

Velocity is absolutely amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars, a million wouldn’t be enough. Customer service is 10/10 and more importantly the care and time that is taken to solve the problem is phenomenal. Definitely call Velocity!

Nick does not care if you have children in your house heating to death . He does not care if your unit is not working, he will just try to convince you it’s not so he is not held accountable for replacement or fixing warranted equipment.
After coming to my home, trying to convince me nothing was wrong with my unit that is under warranty, He kept telling me the unit is fine. The unit is fine. It is still 87° in my house with children and all of my dogs. After arguing with my landlord and refusing to honor the warranty, I am still sitting here heating to death in my house. This guy is completely unprofessional. He does not know what he is doing. Not only that, but he said it was too hot to go in my attic and take a look at anything . They do not honor their warranties. They do not care about you. Run from this company.

so unprofessional, goes to the location, doesn't have a ladder to access the roof so I told them more than happy to reschedule and told them 10 am next day. They don't even bother to call me to say that we didn't schedule you, they wait till I call them after it passed 10 and they are not going. so unprofessional, wasted of your time do not contact them.

Nick and his team are very reliable, fast, and offer reasonable pricing. They replaced my entire unit and we encountered a few issues during installation, but Nick and his team handled them all professionally.
