Eric is a professional and courteous employee! He has always explained the process he goes through to maintain my HVAC in understandable terms which is very helpful! I hope that Eric will always be able to do the maintenance on my HVAC system!

I really appreciated Joe Burrus’s attention to detail, while identifying our HVAC electrical problem. He explained every step of his plan to identify the problem beforehand, isolated the cause, replaced the faulty equipment, and tested the repair. He took time to show me the electrical short and the new equipment to resolve the problem. His politeness and efficiency impressed my wife and me.

Our technician, Roy Clark , arrived on time as scheduled. He was very professional, finished the maintenance work quickly and gave us a detailed report. We were very satisfied with his efforts.

I highly recommend Weather Engineers for your HVAC needs. They just did a total duct replacement in our new 1978 home we purchased. Very professional and Alex, Dom and team did an awesome job and was much more reasonable then some other quotes we received.

Eric arrived on time and worked quickly. He respectfully knocked on my garage door before entering each time. He was respectful of my home, wearing shoe coverings. Greeted the kids. Answered my questions. And everyone in the office was very thorough in contacting me to schedule, remind me, and let me know when the technician was on the way. I’ve always been so pleased to be a customer of this company.

Great service and professional. Never fun when the air unit goes down and cost to replace. The team arrived on time, got everything in place and cleaned up. They spent the time to review everything with us and set up the thermostat. Everything was priced fairly and transparent along with the warranties. Got our quote and install the next days. Highly recommend them. We are also going to use them for service on the units ongoing.

This is the first time I met Jasen from Weather Engineers. It was to be a seasonal inspection of our HVAC system, part of a semi-annual contract. Unfortunately, he discovered a problem with a weak capacitor which needed to be replaced. Before I approved the installation, he carefully explained the nature of the problem, and he took before and after photos to demonstrate what was done, since the unit is on the roof of the condo building. Jasen also described the other elements he inspected and the results. I felt pricing was fair, and I was very comfortable with the integrity of the repairman in identifying the need for the correction. You should also know that I had been using a competitor for the last several years, but finally canceled that relationship because setting appointments was so difficult, and multiple rescheduling happened at the last minute. Then the rescheduled time turned out needing rescheduling! I finally gave up on them, Weather Engineers was recommended by a couple of satisfied neighbors, and I had my inspection within a matter of days. I am pleased so far!!!! (The annual contract price for my condo, including two inspections, was $249.00. The capacitor repair was $166.00.)

B-annual maintenance. Excellent customer service. It is nice to have the team caring for your home to have consistency. Questions answered courteously, even though he probably received the same inquiry multiple times before mine.
Followed special request to call.upon arrival taking caution not to ring door bell or knock. Both of these actions upset our kitties. The anxiety was avoided by the caution Jason used.

Jeremy did a fantastic job servicing our HVAC unit. He did a very thorough maintenance inspection and servicing of our unit. He went above and beyond to insure our unit was functioning properly. It's the best service call I have experienced since having this new unit installed by Weather Engineers!

Jordan was great! Highly recommend for regular AC maintenance and inspections, they will give you honest feedback without trying to sell you unnecessary services.

On three different occasions, top technicians with assistants came to work on our two units because they are on the decline due to age and proximity to the ocean air. Though they each spent close to three hours on every call, there was no service charge because we have the yearly contract with Weather Engineers. The techs (Krispin, Mark & Jamie) were punctual and kept us informed if they were detained. They wrote detailed notes and studied the notes on the history of the repairs, They also consulted with each other to guarantee continuity and consistency. They explained to my husband and me the work they had done and what we could expect. All were professional, personable and polite. I must mention that in the office, Whitney was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. She responded quickly to our situation and sent a tech our way to trouble shoot. I cannot say enough about the great work the team at Weather Engineers.

Jasen Campbell was so pleasant and professional on our most recent AC check up. He was very detailed in his presentation in reviewing both of our units. Honestly, we have never been disappointed, one single time since we started this relationship with Weather Engineers! Danny Towers was our introduction to Weather Engineers through my then employer. Thanks to that wonderful relationship, we decided to use them as our personal home AC company for many many years now. We don’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family as they truly treat us as family.

Recently purchased a 3 ton HVAC unit from Weather Engineers. Jason was amazing to work with and provided me with detials to select the proper euipment. John, Jared and Sam showed up to install everything. The job is by far one of the cleanest installs i have come across. They all worked together and were experts in the trade.

I wholeheartedly recommend Weather Engineers. I had heard amazing things about their character and quality of work for years from mutual friends. Today was my second time using them, and I am 100% satisfied and then some. John, Simeon and Sam went above and beyond - they thought things through before beginning, kept me updated, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves! They could not have been nicer. Highly recommend.

This guy just dont respond phone calls at all after you request a service. Very tough to work with it.

We used them to install a complete unit and they were clean, fast and very responsive.

I called them again Thursday to service my other unit and was told her be out Friday. We waited and waited. He didn't show and didn't call. We called back and no answer.
So at this point we had to call another company who, like most, had higher weekend rates. Today I call again to give him another try and was disconnected when I asked for a quote. Just tell me you don't want to do it. Ghosting us cost us extra.
