The central air unit at my Avondale apartment slowly and agonizingly decided it could no longer bear the intensity of another Florida summer and required replacement. Brian rapidly gave me an estimate, and was able to have his excellent team replace the dying unit without delay. Brian continues to be as honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to as he was more than ten years ago when I became his customer.

Called during a heat wave and they sent someone out within a few hours to the Westside of Jacksonville! Corey was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem swiftly! He also gave me recommendations for the future. Thankful for this company and the overall response to my issue!

Thankfully, Kayla also helped me enroll in the Chills Comfort Club maintenance plan. Not only did it save me money compared to paying for a one-time drain flush and tune-up, but it also provides two annual precision tune-ups for Spring and Fall, ensuring my system stays in peak condition moving forward.

In the early days, Brian always went above and beyond to take care of me, and it’s clear he has built a phenomenal team that continues to uphold the same high standards. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and professionalism of Chills on Wheels.

Oct. 31, 20205- Mona from Chills On Wheels provided outstanding customer service by having a tech come out to Mr. Morgan's home and install a thermostat. The technician was very curious, friendly, and professional. Outstanding job overall by both persons.

Joaquin was great. He made sure to keep me informed on what he was doing and what was going on with the unit. AC unit is not making noise any more and is blowing way better!

J is the superhero every homeowner wishes they had on speed dial. He did not just fix our AC; he caught a major error that another technician, who is no longer with the company, completely missed. I am convinced J has x-ray vision, because he spotted the issue within minutes.

He first came out while my husband was deployed and went above and beyond to make sure our home was comfortable and safe while pregnant and a 3 year old at home.

He then returned today when we now have a newborn who was only five weeks old and our heat was not working at all.
