Brian and Chris were absolutely awesome technicians! They were both super informative, did an outstanding job and they were both extremely helpful! They both went out of their way to come assist in the situation we were having and to ensure the job was done properly! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the future and pay it forward, as they were a reference given to me!!

We just had our 1st, six month inspection. Guy David was the tech. He was on time
and throughly explained what he was checking and our system was in perfe t order. Guy as polite and professional. Brian (the owner) was professional, very knowledgeable on all the new upgrades and brands (note our unit was 22 years old). He took the time (2 hours) to explain the different type of units that would fit our needs and answered all our questions and concerns. There were a few hiccups (shortage of parts) getting the unit we wanted but Brian went that “extra mile” and drove to Daytona Beach to pick up the part needed to complete our installation. We can’t say enough about their great customer service, keeping us updated, and making sure all our requests were meant. We love our unit and will be a customer of Chills on Wheels for life!

Our installers Chris and Josie were knowledgeable, professional, communicated all the way through the installation. Chris reviewed the installation with us and gave us tips on keeping our unit performing to its best ability. Both Chris and Josie made sure all our questions were answered and the unit was performing to our expectations before they left. Their cleanup after installation was beyond our expectations!

Water leaking from ac. Floor and carpet soaked. Robin Tynan came out first. Corey Harrington came twice the next day. That’s 3 times total and no results. He said that he put in an order for a part. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard back yet

Chills on wheels sent Guy (the same day I called) to check our AC system and make sure it was working properly. Guy is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The price for the check up was also very reasonable. I will be calling Chills on wheels again for my AC needs. Highly recommended!

Great service at a fair price. The technicians were detailed, informative and knowledgeable. They completed the project and left my house as clean as it was when they arrived. This is our 2nd time using this company and I will continue to use them in the future. My wife and I would both recommend Them to our friends and family.

Brian is amazing, informative, professional, polite, and definitely someone you want representing your company. He fixed what needed immediate attention, and explained what still needed to be repaired, so we could schedule once we reached payday. There was no pressure to do more than we could afford. Chills on Wheels has won us as continued customers.

My contractors today were amazing They worked as a team They were very nice explained everything they were patient professional and they left everything better than they founded I can only give great ratings for their customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Heather who answers when you call. She has been helping us deal with our rental company to get our AC fixed this past week and has been so patient and helpful. She was just the best and did everything she could to help us.
Triston had to come out twice to get our fan motor replaced due to having to wait for our rental company to approve his estimate. All 3 technicians we’ve had come to our house for our AC this month have been very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

While it was their name that caught my attention, it was all the positive reviews that resulted in me calling them. I’m glad I did. This is the second time we have used Chill on Wheels and both times we were very pleased. They have great, efficient service and respond quickly. They are now our goto for a/c help and maintenance.

Ai is an amazing man. He came in started doing his thing and from then on we were going through options of what would best fit my situation. Not once did he try to upsell me on anything That's what I picked up on from the beginning. He gave me multiple options and we both picked the right one. everyone at chills on Wheels are great upstanding people. I am so glad that I took the chance to call them and they have done nothing but outshined all their competitors on the business end and on the personal end. I will forever use chills on wheels for all of my cooling and heating needs from this day forward. If you choose anyone besides them you're cutting yourself short.

My A/C stopped cooling. It was one of those close to 100 degrees days. I called chills on wheels and they came out a few hours later and saved the day. The tech was friendly and did good work.

Chills on wheels tech, DeSean, did an amazing job today on my ac unit. He was very knowledgeable, found the issue, and fixed it quick. He explained quite a few things to me. My experience has been fantastic and I will use them for all my future ac needs.

The experience with Chills on Wheels was so easy. On installation day, the crew met up with some unexpected adversity. However, they handled it with ease and didn’t let it affect us. I’d recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Had to call to get some clarification on pricing and services and had one of the best experiences I've had from the lady in their office. Heather I think is her name, but I've been met with insincere, rude attitudes before when I tried getting work done on my AC through other companies and had called their office over things like just asking about pricing and availability. Told things like it says online etc. And I ended up getting just as shitty services as the people they had answering the phone for that company. So happy to be able to be treated w respect, manners, and patience when it came to Chill on wheels and was impressed enough to write a review on here. Definitely recommend and highly satisfied with the customer service Heather provided me with.
