The owner of this company is so awesome!!! He came out and cleaned out 2 of my mini split systems and also had the opportunity to be dishonest. I had an air conditioner guy that said that my system had a small leak in it and he had to fill my system once a year with refrigerant or whatever you call it and it was about time to call that guy back but I decided to go with somebody else so he came out and told me that there was no leak he told me that my system was still full. I think that other guy was ripping me off the whole time!!! They are very honest and very well priced and they were very quick to respond!!! They came out the next day!! I would give them more stars but I could only give them five

Brandon was so knowledgeable and amazing! We have split units which are rare in the area and take a certain amount of knowledge to handle. He answered all our questions. He charged us less than half the price another air conditioner company quoted us to replace a power board covered by the warranty. While we waited for the part, he even let us borrow a portable air conditioner unit that made a HUGE difference in our home during the Florida summer. He replaced the part as soon as it was delivered to him. Brandon went above and beyond. I can’t recommend him enough.

Brandon was so helpful with our AC! He is really knowledgeable about what he does and really wants to help. We received great service for a great price and will be utilizing his services for all of our ac/heating needs! We highly recommend!

They saved me $9,400!! Liquity Split said it wasn't worth fixing and wanted $11,000 to replace my 1.5 ton AC. Temples came and diagnosed my system and said it can be fixed! And fix it they did. I highly recommend these guys.

Oh my goodness, PLEASE use Chills on Wheels! It's been about r years since we last needed AC repair, and Corey and Brian were AMAZING! Brian got us scheduled quickly and broke down what was going to happen; Corey actually was kind enough to come out relatively late, and then back the next day to do the repair. I am extremely happy with thr cost(well, in as much as one can be about unexpected costs ha,) service, and turnaround. I'm glad we called again. ALSO, Please give Corey a raise! IT WAS BOILING and he got the repair done in under an hour!

I had an excellent experience with Chills on Wheels. Their tech was polite, considerate and very informative. He was very helpful and took his time explaining things to me. I would recommend them to every one without hesitation.

Tristan’s experience and knowledge of A/C installation and care shone through as he asked questions about my planned install. He was forth coming about what to expect throughout the project process. I would confidently refer others to Chills on Wheels due to the experience I had with Tristan.

The tech was friendly and did a quick job identifying my issue. Other than a drainage pipe being dislodged, he informed me the overflow cut-off pipe was clogged and that I need to clear it with bleach or vinegar monthly, the same time I change the filter. I wish previous A/C techs would have told me this, though I'm now grateful for the knowledge.

The sevice gal was very knowledgeable and personable. Had made us feel comfortable and confident in her ability to do a good job. And she did a terrific job! We're very grateful.

Robert is very professional and knowledgeable in his job. He was very pleasant and kept me up dated on his progress. Diffently would give him 10 stars if I could. Switching to Chills on Wheels from that other company was a great idea. If you are looking for HVAC Chills on wheels is who you need to call.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Chills on Wheels Heating. Despite multiple visits to my home (over 3 times!), they've failed to resolve my heating issue.
The first technician, Guy, told me I didn't know how to use my heat properly. However, it turned out that my heat strips were indeed out. Completely unprofessional.
The next technician, Triston, visited my home twice for the same issue, only to tell me nothing and leave me guessing. It's like they think I have all the time in the world to waste. I HAVE A JOB I CANT BE HOME TO WAIT ON THEM HAND AND FOOT!
For a month, I've been given the runaround with no clear information or resolution. Chills on Wheels Heating's lack of professionalism and incompetence is staggering.
I strongly advise against using this company. Their service is absolutely ridiculous, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I'm shocked by your response. Instead of taking responsibility for your company's subpar service, you're deflecting blame and making personal attacks. Your accusations are baseless and unprofessional.

Let's set the record straight: my issue is with your company's failure to fix my heating problem despite multiple visits. Your technicians, including Guy and Triston, were incompetent and unhelpful. I have every right to express my frustration and disappointment.

I never slandered your company; I shared my legitimate concerns and experiences. And, for the record, I never screamed at your technicians. Your attempt to victimize your company and technicians is pathetic.

Your statement about not being able to control what my property management company pays for is irrelevant. As a contractor, it's your responsibility to communicate effectively with your clients and provide satisfactory service.

I'm not being "nasty" to the wrong company; I'm holding your company accountable for its poor performance. I will continue to share my experiences with others, and I hope that in the future, your company will take customer complaints seriously and strive to improve its service.

Don't bother wishing me "best of luck." I'll take my business (and my reviews) elsewhere.

I was shopping around for a new HVAC system for my home and I ended up going with Chills on Wheels. They were the best quote I got when taking into account the cost as well as turnaround time. I had a completely new system installed in less than 2 weeks! My attic access even needed to be enlarged but it was not an issue for them. They were in and out in just one day even with the additional work. I definitely recommend them!

I was very happy with the service and the support staff. I don’t remember the name of the technician, not on the invoice ( thank you for sending it to me) but he was very nice and friendly and conscientious and professional.

We had such an amazing experience with Chills on Wheels Heating & Air for our Riverside home. We called for an emergency with our furnace and they were able to fit us in the same day for a diagnostic AND get it fixed and working the same day. Nelson went above and beyond to check our entire heating and air system even though he knew he was there for a specific problem. They really are a company looking out for your entire heat and air care and give you all scenarios they can do to help. The work was well done, they were clean, they were detailed and I am. very glad I gave this place a call. Definitely using them go forward for all my maintenance and any future needs.

Guy was very friendly and informative on the diagnosis. When he found that the bottom of the evaporator was very dirty, he tried to see if he could clean it without the full removal process but could not reach most of the affected area. A off system cleaning of the evaporator was needed. In addition, he let me know that with the complete evaporator cleaning, there easily could be some refrigerant needed. He felt honest to give me a worst condition which assured me would be in the estimate they would send me. He did show me that the refrigerant return temperature was low, indicative that the proper expansion was not occurring. This informative diagnosis was appreciated. Thus my trust with him was extremely elevated.

So happy with my service. Same day appointment. Worked with my schedule needing a later appointment due to work. David was my tech. He was great! Very professional and kind. Thank you for fixing my AC! Yall saved the day lol

Our AC broke over Memorial Day weekend and I called them and they were there the same day. It needed new wiring they thought it was fixed and the next day it broke down again and they came out and rewired everything. So appreciated of them
