They installed a ductless mini split system throughout the house. They did the job very well with little inconvenience to us. The employees were very polite and very professional. I loved that they put covers on their shoes when they came into the house. I live in the Middleburg area.

Had an issue with a leak in drain pipe. Everyone I have talked to there has been super nice. Craig, Shane, Sarah, and Scott. All super nice even though they sound SLAMMED! Craig was out til midnight doing emergency calls but was nice enough to give me tips. Highly recommend!

Tropic Aire serviced my AC condensor issues in the 31569 area. Last year my blower fan motor circuit board failed and this year my unit had a leak from the deep freeze we had this year. Eddie was a very polite person and knows exactly what he is doing when diagnosing and fixing AC units. The dispatchers answer the phone and schedule in a reasonable time and manner. If you want a company that hires true professionals who are licensed and insured these are the people to trust. I always ask for Eddie, but I can bet all the employees who work here are just as exceptional.

Our production studio needed some new LED lighting and additional wall outlets installed. Even during a storm, and our electricity being out for five hours , Tropic Aire was on time and did a great job . Brandon and Caleb were professional , answered all questions and when lights came back on , they finished up on time and cleaned up all the mess. The job turned out great . Great job on the electric side and now I am awaiting an A/C part to come in to get them to repair a mini split as well . Seems as though this company still understands the meaning of customer service . Thank you.

I would like to give a shout out to Brandon, David, Kevin and Caleb at Tropic Aire. And even Jimmy in the office. I have an older home where the breaker panel and service needed to be brought up to code. The guys were very courteous and professional. I never felt like they tried to sell me something I didn't need.

Drivers creating a safety issue blocking the sidewalk, easily resolved by pulling further in or on the street. Creating an unsafe situation for handicapped folks and those with strollers. In this placement couldn’t event get around without damaging the clients garden as I had to push a stroller through their garden.

After having issues with our AC system and ongoing trouble with our original HVAC contractor, Jim and the team at Tropic Aire made sure we were taken care of. Craig, the technician who came to complete the work was excellent as well, providing great service and insight into the what was causing our problems. Not only did they provide responsive service, but also followed up to go over a plan to make sure we don't continue to have issues.

Tropic Aire is the best in the business. I have been using them for well over a decade and have always been extremely happy. They installed a new ac unit in my house a little over 9 years ago. My blower motor went out and I called them on Monday morning at 8AM. They were extremely friendly, came out very quickly, and had my unit back up and running by noon on the same day, under warranty. We are very pleased with Tropicaire and their technician, Shane. Our A/C went out in the morning. They sent Shane out that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He came back the next day and completed the repair. Shane not only did a great job but was very nice as well. I highly recommend this company!

I have been using Tropic-Aire Heating and Cooling in Jacksonville, FL for almost 9 years now. The crew did a fantastic job today with my duct cleaning. Tropic Aire is wonderful. They came out to deep clean our mini-splits within a couple days. Shane was professional, thorough, neat as a pin, and patient. We really appreciate how good and reliable they are.

My wife and I were put of town, our son was home and called and said after thunderstorms the AC wasn't working. I called Tropic Aire's after hours number, the tech Marcus called me shortly after and was at our house in less that 30 minutes after that!!! Fixed our issue and got the AC back working. Awesome company and Marcus was an awesome tech, very respectful and responsive, highly recommended this company!!!

I must give them a 5 Star+ customer review rating. In 2013, I purchased two Mitsubishi systems and Tropic Aire did the installation. I signed up for their bi-annual maintenance. 12 years later they are still running. Although in March, a fault code surfaced that required a service call. It was a challenging diagnostic and it took several visits to solve the problem. Through that process, what I experienced was a friendly office receiving my calls, a service dispatch department that kept me informed, technicians that brainstormed and solved the problem. I spoke with the owner and asked about the possibility of having to replace the system. His response was, this system could last many years. Should the compressor fail, that is when you should make a decision about replacing it. I was pleased to have a candid response by the owner. I’m delighted that the unit is repaired and operating perfectly and I can continue to enjoy, on the average, a $143 monthly electric bill. I highly recommend Tropic Aire for heating and cooling needs.

Tropic Aire. This morning 8-29-2025 we had a service call and a gentleman by the name Greg I don’t know if I’m pronouncing his name correctly but he was very nice and found the problem almost immediately he corrected the problem that lickety split did. Lickety split they rewired the system were the compressor would never turn off and cause it to freeze well Greg fix the Problem from Tropic-Aire with no problem and with much more experience for what I saw. Just purchased a home and contacted Tropic Aire in the afternoon and was able to get a next day appointment. Sara and Scott were helpful in finding what my needs are and the tech, Shane, made the service update quickly. Shane explained the updates and walked me through the current AC system, even though it was installed by another company.
Overall, I found my experience with Tropic Aire to be easy and the workmanship and knowledge of their tech, Shane, to be impressive.
