They did a great job on a recent weekend service call. They were quick and efficient from the answering service to the tech to billing at the end.

A family member referred Air Solutions to us for our duct work. They were very reasonably priced and did a great job. They stayed late to get the job done so my family wouldn't be inconvenienced. I would definitely use them again.

Had Air Solutions replace our ac with a heat pump several years ago. They also replaced all the duct work. They were a few thousand below the next quote.

Our AC went out and we called the company that we got the system from since it was under warranty for parts. They tried charging $1600 for "labor and services" as well as saying other parts were "bad" too and were trying to "fix the problem" for 5 hours and strongly suggesting I purchase a whole new Unit (ours is only 5 1/2 years old). I had a gut feeling they were trying to scam me. My friend recommended this company and I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! They were out to the house quickly and was able to fix the problem in 30 minutes. Also told me the multiple parts the 1st company was trying to charge to replace was perfectly fine and functioning. If you want an AC company that has prompt and knowledgeable service that's not going to scam you call these guys! If you can get Chris he's the bomb! Thanks for fixing the AC without trying to sell me a new unit!!! You have a new customer for life and I'll definitely be sending your names to my friends!

At the recommendation of a friend, I called Air Solutions Heating and Air Conditioning to repair my unit. They set up an appointment with a couple hour window on the same day while I was out on the road. I arrived at the end of the window to a cooling unit and a happy bride! She was amazed at how fast they got it going, and even brought the parts with them after I explained what it was doing. The part was probably expensive but it was covered under the manufacturer warranty. The installer who originally put the unit in no longer did residential units.Air Solutions labor cost was extremely reasonable, without question! Thank you Air Solutions for coming to the rescue!!

They charged way more for a diagnostic service call ($325 ) than any other a/c companies we have used., We complained but they offered only to reduce the charge if we used them for the repair/new unit. Their price for a new unit was not competitive to others

I have been using Air Solutions since 2012. They have always been courteous, professional and gone above and beyond to take care of my A/C needs. The owner cares about his customers. I highly recommend them.

Brandon and Kaleb installed an outdoor GFI outlet needed for my Sunroom. They were both the most polite young men I’ve met. They made sure I was happy with the job and cleaned up after the work was completed. I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

We had a problem with our ceiling fans mysteriously turning on by themselves. Brandon and his assistant arrived on time, were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Both were polite and pleasing to communicate with. They fixed our fans and explained what the possible problem was. While they were here we had them submit another job of installing a high ceiling light fixture. Great company and we highly recommend them if you have any electrical problems or projects.

Our generator went out and we called tropic air. Had the pleasure of meeting Josh and his team. They showed up early, got it fixed right away, we're super clean and polite and even gave us some advice to keep it running longer. Usually you expect to be upsold on things you don't need by technicians but Josh was very professional and knowledgeable without making us feel like we would have to replace everything. The price was fair and the service was fast and thorough. If we need help again, we will definitely request the same guy.

We were experiencing a few issues with our ac the past few day. Not only was tropic air able to provide us a tech on site the same day, but they provided a tech with great experience and knowledge. He was able to explain exactly what was happening and what we could do to prevent it from happening in the future. We greatly appreciate Michael coming out today and providing EXCELLENT SERVICE. Brandon from Tropic Aire came by today the service was excellent! Particularly his communication around why we had to vary a bit from the original plans for a new sunroom I am putting in was excellent!! Will definitely use them again!

I've been a customer of Tropic Aire for 14 years. They serviced my old A/C plants and installed new units a year or so ago. I wouldn't use anyone else.
They are professional, on time, and their technicians understand their products and they haven't tried to upsell me on unnecessary upgrades
I will also add that their administrative support staff personnel are some the best I dealt with. I wish some of the other businesses I've dealt with had an as competent a support staff. And yes, I'm looking at you AmeriGas.

This is the 2nd time I've called for help, and the 2nd time I've been met with complete kindness & immediate assistance. From the initial phone call to the service tech in my home, I have zero complaints. They were able to squeeze me in almost immediately, I had an electrical issue that they were able to fix as well, and have my AC running strong before leaving. CJ provided nothing short of 5 Star Service! His patience and willingness to explain to my understanding was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone with AC Issues.

They put in a new electrical panel for us. Jimmy Humphries has been in the business for over 40 years, and has some interesting stories to share. (Ask him about Challenger panels and why they aren't in business any more.)

His son, Brandon, did our work. He had some challenges with the 2x4s and drywall. (He didn't complain. I had to ask him.) He had open the wall more for a fit, and it crumbled. He patched it! I did NOT expect that.

They helped me out by squeezing our job in so our closing would go smoothly.

Our patio enclosure company hires Tropic Aire to do the electric and AC parts of the project and I'm glad they did! What a great experience with these two teams! The city inspectors just came out and said they did a great job! Every point of contact has been great. Thanks to Brandon for leading the electrical and Caleb as his assistant. The electric works great and Brandon was really helpful in explaining everything from how they tied in the AC line, to the Arch Fault Breaker to using the new fan re switches and remote my handyman had installed. AC Rocky, Marcus assisted by Bailey put in the spilt AC unit. I've always heard these units are wonderful, they sure are. What a treat to easily heat and cool our space and it's really energy efficient. Thanks to Mallory and all who work in the office too. Overall we are happy customers!
