Rick, from AC Jax is the best AC contractor I have used. Very professional, reasonably priced and just an all around good guy. Wouldn't use anyone else but AC Jax.

This was the BEST choice for a new ac system.Rick didn't sell us more than we needed they installed an AC the day before a hurricane was to hit us. The crew were professional and polite. They never slacked. After the hurricane they came back and double checked that everything was still ok. I will recommend AC Jax to everyone.

After my AC went out, I called a large local HVAC company (not naming names) to look at it. After three visits and multiple repairs, it still wasn't working. The only answer I would get is that they couldn't figure it out and that I needed a new system. I eventually called AC Jax and Rick who quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed my system, for a lot less than it would have cost me had I needlessly replaced it. AC Jax is the only HVAC company I'll use going forward. Rick is trustworthy, prompt, and reliable...

Highly recommend! August in Jacksonville is no joke, and Rick and his team came to our rescue when our condenser fan went bad. They made the repair in less than an hour and were super-helpful. Great service and value!

Rick came out and gave me a very honest quote for a replacemnt mini split unit. He was very professional, courteous and helpful regarding decision-making process. Ultimately we went with a similar Mitsubishi device and I was able to have my device installed with in 5 days. It took less than 6 hours to install the device. They were very cautious regarding my home and were very careful in regards to their work. They picked up the after themselves and left my home the way they found it with a new AC. I couldn't be more happy.

Rick and crew came out and replaced our entire ducting system. He was able to fit us into his schedule very quickly and kept us informed about everything that was going to happen with our system. They did and amazing job and we are forever grateful for their hard work. Fair price and responsive time gets an A+++ in our book!

We had AC Jax service five different HVAC units this week, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took the time to thoroughly explain the results, along with a few maintenance recommendations. We decided to address two of the three suggestions (adding half a pound of coolant and replacing a capacitor that tested below spec) but chose to hold off on the third.

What really stood out was the absence of any high-pressure sales tactics—unlike some companies that prominently feature a red and blue costumed superhero mascot in their ads and on their vans to distract from pushy upselling. With JAX AC, it was all about professional service and genuine care for the customer.

Because Rick and his team are AMAZING! last year my husband found AC JAX LLC through google and ever since we have Rick as our AC guy he always give his very best! Whenever we need him he is always just one call away! He is very professional and friendly! Unlike other businesses Rick is very honest, he only wants the best for his customers and that's why he earned our lifetime loyalty. He has been doing this for 20+ years and no doubt he is very good at what he is doing. They recently install our new AC & Heating System and they all did an amazing job and its a plus that our dog loves them lol and Cooper (our dog) enjoys the free neck rubs they give him.

Fantastic job by rick and the team as usual. Had a whole new system installed to replace the old goodman that failed. Very easy hands off process. They even have a financing company if that is something that you might have to look into.
