He even dropped off a couple of portable AC units to get me by until they were able to get my new AC installed. They can count on my business and will recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

I’ve had AC Jax come out twice over the past two years and they have been great both times. This past time they rolled a cleaning and diagnostic into one fee and took proactive action. I was able to text with them about my situation which is a lot better than dealing with a big company, and they don’t try to get you with hidden fees.

Not only did they come out on Saturday, but they fixed our issue on the coldest day of the year, with friendliness, skill, and kindness!

I had a remarkable experience from beginning to end using AC Jax for my install of a new 3 ton Gree Flexx heat pump and air handler. The responsive communication throughout the process and the professionalism of Rick and his crew were top-tier, which is often lacking from many HVAC companies, big and small. After obtaining estimates for this project from over a dozen local companies, I was extremely pleased with AC Jax because they were perfectly in the middle on cost; always be wary of a company that gives an estimate that seems too low for what it should usually cost. The installation process was efficient and completed within a day, with them also going above and beyond to ensure that the finished project and my experience were to their high standards. I definitely recommend AC Jax to anyone looking for the right HVAC company around Jacksonville that will provide you with honest pricing and unbelievable service.

AC Jax is phenomenal! Great service at a very fair price. Rick was spot on with the problem and replaced our 20 plus year old AC system in less than a day. The crew arrived on time and explained the process as they went along. Vince and Weaver were great and completed the job professionally. I highly recommended AC Jax for all of your HVAC needs!

Air Solutions installed our HVAC system in our commercial building back in 2002. In the thirteen years since, they have always been fair, responsive and professional anytime we have needed service. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

there are NO receptionists at Air Solutions.
Every person in the office is in the same room. talking distance.
There is NO WAY you recieved this response.
You are obviously lying to defame the business.
All Service personnel are on schedules, and their assignments are KNOWN
by someone in the office. If you call, you will find out in minutes what your schedule status is, and if you have any problems, they will certainly be answered by the office staff.

We already had a diagnostic and only wanted a quote - I give one star for unethical business practices. In 102 heat they want $170 to show up to just quote us and compel us to use them because our staff is suffering in the heat. The other companies we called gave us a quote over the phone because we had a diagnostic already. So one star is one too many for a company that lacks compassion and doesn’t care.

Very unprofessional and lack of wanting to assist. Upon calling these folks and asking for a quote for replacement unit, they immediately stated they could not help unless they came out and I was charged $130. I proceeded to tell them that my unit was under warranty and that I just hung up with Carrier and verified not only this, I was given their number by them because they are paying for promotional services and would be considered to be an authorized dealer. Carrier also, mentioned to me that they would be having a shipment come in on tomorrow. Do you think this changed the tone of the guy at this place? He continued to say what he couldn't do and that carrier has a low supply. Not realizing I know that there are similar units, he could look into, OR he could have mentioned that he could look into his vendor to see what he could find, like the other AC companies I called did WITHOUT COMING OUT! I see why they are not well known or have much traffic. They're incompetent and unhelpful.

I have used Air Solutions for years. They are very professional, courteous, do the work and clean up behind themselves. There's no way I choose anybody else. They are a 5 Star company

This company is a blessing! The ladies in the office are knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. I had an issue with my moms AC filters as it is not a standard size. These ladies were able to get the filter material and cut it to size! Thank Christy, Vanessa & the entire Air Solutions team!
