This is the best heating and air company in Jacksonville. Anytime I have a problem they get out and take care of it the same day.

Leggett has been our preferred company based on the exceptional services they have provided through several years. Their office staff and technicians, especially Mike and Colby follow up on any concerns or questions.

Our service technician, Adam, was friendly, polite and very professional while preforming our 6 months service call. He was very knowledgeable and through in checking out our air conditioner. We would welcome him back any time.

Leggett Heating & Air came to our rescue about 16 years ago with an after hours service call. We have relied upon them since for all our a/c needs, new installation also. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their service has always been dependable and their employees knowledgeable.

So I'll just say this is my third dance with Leggett and on ALL three times they have been timely, professional, efficient, and their prices are reasonable. Thanks for all your help Traci, Colby, and Mike.

Called them on a Monday afternoon and they had a technician ready for me Tuesday morning. In Florida, when the AC goes out, it can get really hot, really fast - and they got us fixed right up in no time. Fair rates, and even better service. Its hard having a stranger in your home, not only are they trustworthy, but clean and quiet too! These guys should be your first call every time. Shout out to Colby and Tracie for the awesome service over the phone.

Our AC got fried during Hurricane Helene…we called first thing and were back in service the same day. They are polite, professional and totally capable. We have been customers since the 80’s and never disappointed.Colby really cared that a couple of old people would be uncomfortable in the heat. Kudos!

This is by far the most honest and professional HVAC company I have ever dealt with. From the first call they were quick to set an appointment and quote me a fair price for the work I needed. Most importantly, the serviceman gave me an honest appraisal of the state of my system and did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements or upgrades. Never before have I experienced the competency and care that I received from Colby at Legget. Their customer service is top notch. I have been with Leggett Heating and Air for a few years now, but I started having problems with my AC the unit kept going out, it would cool and after a few days, the problem kept coming back, then each time the technician came out and said they were fixing stuff that was wrong and one technician stated he placed some freeze on in the system, but a few days after the technician left the system started doing the same thing. System serviced in April or May, 200 dollars, called to come out in July 309 dollars, and called back in August 355 dollars, in September same problem returning each time. No one from this office called me to make sure everything was working properly after each service call. Called on today to discuss with Colby and he was very harsh toward me, I wanted to discuss the issue with the owner, not asking for money back, just needed them to know that the system was leaking, the condenser, and that's why the system kept going back to not cooling after a few days of them leaving, bad experience with this company. American Home Shield is the company that found the leaking condenser, and had to order the part to correct the problem. I have paid almost 1000 dollars to Leggett Heating and Air, but now out of Air in Florida, not good
