Thank God for Yandis! He was referred to me due to my unit leaking into my salon. I called him around 6pm, left a message and received a call back in less than 15. I explained my issue and he was at my salon in less than an hour. Yandis was prompt, knowledgable, professional and reasonably priced especially considering he arrived in a wrapped professional vehicle and a uniform. After servicing my A/C unit he provided an invoice and thanked me for my patronage. Dealing with service providers can sometimes be a headache but this experience was painless and pleasant. I am beyond please with Yandi and his team. I was lucky enough to be at a friend's house visiting when his team was there installing an AC unit for her, I was instantly impressed with there professionalism and politeness. I had been needing to replace my A.C. unit but the prices were ridiculously high and so I decided to give Yandi a call. He immediately gave me options, worked with my income and didn't try to oversell me a unit. Within a week I had a new unit installed. I was able to have the same professional team come to my house and was left with such a pleasant experience. I hands down will recommend this company to anyone I know with no doubts that they will deliver exceptionalism. My house is cool and everything is working great!

Always get a second opinion is the lesson learned here. My husband and I called different hvac companies locally and were quoted several thousand to treat something that I was skeptical about. We live in Ponte Vedra but decided to look in Jax and saw great reviews for YMG. A fix and free follow up visit within a week at half the cost. Thank you!

I am beyond pleased with this company yandi and his team were great exceptional customer services. My A/C needed to be replaced and I called them and within 1 week my A/C was installed and cooling great. I recommend them they honest and very professional.

I swear these guys are super heroes!! We were recommended YMG by our realtor and let me just say, the politeness and professionalism Yandis and his team have are outstanding! These guys gave us the best quote by almost 10k and not only installed our inside and outside units but all of our ductwork as well in ONE DAY! Not to mention they were able to get us on the schedule within literally a day and 1/2 of our air breaking. Huge thank you to the YMG team! You guys are truly the best out there❤️

Honest and dependable Company! My wife and I bought a home in Jacksonville Fl while stationed there and have since moved to a new duty station. We have tenants now. It helps to know there is a reliable AC Company in Jacksonville that can be called upon to fix things. This is the second time I’ve needed them and the second property they’ve serviced. I wouldn’t go with any other Company.

Leggett has been my go to service provider for over ten years! Always professional, great service reminders, maintenance tips, dependable! Repairs when needed have been reasonable.

Technician came out for my seasonal inspection told me that my unit had two leaks front and back and I would probably need a unit soon. I called out another company just to be sure. Leggett also told me that my Freon was very low and had serious leaks. The other company assured me that there were no leaks and my system was full of freon. Very disappointed I've been using Leggett for 15 years.

Always a great experience with Leggett AC which in my opinion has the most experience personal with the customer in mind.

There is only one word for Leggett. And that is OUTSTANDING!!! They are the absolute best in price, instillation, and customer service. I got numerous bids for instillation of a new HVAC system, and they were the best price, for the best equipment. No one else was even close. My choice narrowed down between Carrier and Trane. After researching HVAC system reviews, I chose Trane.

I cannot say enough good things about Leggett. I really lucked out in asking him them for a proposal.

I have been a customer with Leggett for 23 years. I find the Leggett organization to be one of the BEST Customer Service Organizations in Jacksonville. Their staff are all very professional, honest, prompt on their service calls and most importantly respond during weekend hours. Although I don't know the owner(s) well, obviously their Leadership is strong in "All the Right Ways"- They should be Proud to have such a Great Team of caring and dedicated folks who represent their Leggett brand. I have been with them for 16 years. They installed my system 16 years ago, have serviced it twice yearly ever since.it is an extremely reliable system and hasn’t required much in the way of repair until lately. I will probably replace it with the same brand in 3 years. I am very satisfied.

I think of the AC folks as the dentists of the home maintenance. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but when something happens and you have to go you want a good one. Leggett heating and air are the ones you want to call when your air-conditioner is not working. First and foremost they are fast and I mean they were at my house within an hour of me calling. Their work is absolutely superb, they don't drag their feet, they don't dawdle around, they find what's broken and fix it. The pricing is beyond reasonable and I think above all every member of this company has never been anything but happy, helpful and polite.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with this company. We will be using them again this fall to install another AC system for the upstairs. Definitely need to check out there by bi-annual maintenance plan, where they come out and do all of the checks and the cleaning and everything that's needed to keep your AC running the way it should.

I have been a satisfied customer of Leggett Heating and Air Cond. Co. Inc. for over 20 years; having purchased 2 new Trane 4 Ton efficient units from them along with the purchase of yearly maintenance plans. Their maintenance specialists are on point reliable and knowledgeable in service, customer relations and satisfaction.

I am so disappointed with the services I received today . The operator at the main office is so disrespectful. Her verbiage was so Unprofessional and rude. (The statement she used was it is what it is ) . If this is what you guys stand for, you should be out of business. FYI , paying for them to do a routine maintenance is a joke.
This should be a 0 star.

I called Leggett to get a "second opinion" after being told I needed alot of work done on my AC unit. Well it turned out that was not the case and I would have paid through the nose for services I didn't need.
Michael was professional, communicated with me and thoroughly checked my system. I will definitely use Leggett again!

Great folks and great company! My A/C went out on one of the hottest days on record, and they took the time to come out for a trouble call. Mike spent about an hour here taking everything apart and checking for leaks to figure out our issue. Turns out we had a couple freon leaks in the condenser. WHOLE. NEW. UNIT. That was Tuesday; Friday we signed the work contract to get the ball rolling and the next Tuesday they had started the install! Professional, courteous, and good at what they do. Looks like we found our new A/C folks... Thanks Leggit!
