I have been dealing with the crew @ this location here AND also at other venues, for many years. Mayhaps too many!! I now do ALL my equipment & accessories' purchasing thru the Orange Park branch exclusively. This is due to the honest, respectful & personal way they conduct their business. I highly recommend them to anyone I cannot help!!! They will send customers in the right direction, to competitors, to make insure their needs are met. As for rude......NEVER..........mayhaps we just take ourselves too too too seriously anymore............mayhaps????

Carrier customer service is beyond excellent. Our company has purchased our supplies from this Carrier store for many years.Danielle, the sales center manager and everyone else at the store are so helpful and well informed regarding the products they offer, which are the best products in the HVAC industry today.

Worst experience ever. Mrs Danielle working there is completely disrespectful. She's out of control behind the counter. She has turned down my service to purchase 1 airfilter. The reason being the manager wasn't there to override the 1 instead of 12 you supposedly have to purchase.
Such a serious issue lol. She was so out of control. Worst experience of my life. She has no customer service what so ever.

Worst company we have to wait for a month to fix my air conditioner I don’t recommend them thanks good my baby it’s not in my home I have to go to the hotel until they will fix it and expend to much money because my air has a warranty and I bought from them

Called for an ac repair. Made an appointment for them to come out. Got A call 20 minutes after appointment time that the tech was sick. I understand! No problem! Rescheduled and no show and no call… and nothing at all. Very unprofessional

I'm so pissed off right. They installed a BRAND NEW AC, but my house never got cooled!! I had to call multiple times because they came out , told me to wait an hour or so. I left for a couple of hours, still wasn't cool. Next the owner came out, he had to fix something and adjust the fan, so it could get cool. Now that it's cold outside, I cut on my heat, and THERE IS NOOOOO HEAT COMING OUT, ITS ALL ICE COLD. I DONT THINK IT WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY. IM HAVING TO USE MY ELECTRIC FIREPLACE TO TRY AND WARM MY HOUSE. I WILL BE CALLING THEM TOMORROW. THEN TJE PART YOURE SUPPOSE TO PUT THE BLEACH IN, They INSTALLED IT, TOWARDS THE UNIT, AND I HAD TO GET THE OWNER TO FIX THAT. I'M LIKE, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO PUT BLEACH IN THERE, HE ASKED IF I HAD A FUNNEL, EVEN IF I DID, THE PIPE PC WAS TURNED INWARD THERE WAS NO WAY TO PUT ANYTHING IN ONCE I WAS READY TO..IM LEAVING THIS REVIEW, BECAUSE THIS COUPLE OF MONTHS OLD UNIT IS BLOWING ICE COLD AIR, WHILE IT SHOULD BE BLOWING HEAT😡😡😡. THERE PROBABLY IS NO HEATER COIL OR WHATEVER IN IT. I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM ABOUT THIS BRAND NEW UNIT, TOO MANY TIMES.
