The two installers arrived on time and got right to work. They worked nonstop till the job was finished. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned everything up before they left!!
I had instructions for operating my new system and they answered all my questions. I’m very happy with my new unit. They were definitely the A team!!

Elier the service technician is a great representative of the company. He was punctual, polite, professional, and informative. This was the second year in a row that he performed the maintenance service and it was same great service as the year before. If your company doesn’t currently use the Applause app, I would recommend it. It’s a great way to reward your service technicians for outstanding service. Our business currently uses it and our service technicians love it for its rewards

The techs were very knowledgeable on the service they performed. They were very polite and professional. Along with the maintenance work, I had a UV light replaced and I had a couple of questions regarding the light. They answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable with the services they provided. They even cleaned up the inside of air handler and left it looking good for today and for month's to come.

AC designs was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Brendan works quietly and quickly and explain things in excellent detail. He was very thorough and cleaned up when the job was done.

We have had nothing but good service and friendly communication with A/C Designs since we built our house in 2019. Always detailed in their explanation of findings and results, and more than helpful when deciding on material items such as enhancements , replacements and other items. Not pushy in the slightest.

Terrance arrived as scheduled and provided a detailed explanation of the A/C cleaning. He was professional. He also did not try to sell me other items that I did not need.

I have a service agreement with AC Designs. They come out twice a year and inspect my AC equipment. They are outstanding. They show up on time. Do the work with high quality. They are warm and friendly. They make recommendations without any pressure. They work and keep the environment clean and tidy. Tyler Thompson provided our service yesterday and he was excellent. I highly recommend AC Designs.

So I bought my Brand New home March 2021. After closing, i called and entered my warranty to ten years. Fast forward to December 2024, my blower went out. I ended up paying $800+ to repair and that was with the so called “parts warranty”. Now i have schedule my annual maintenance and have been told that i have a coolant leak or something like that. Just to test it would cost $468!!! And then to repair, would be $2000. So i am really confused in what is the whole point of a parts warranty, and why on earth is a BRAND NEW unit breaking so much. If your company stands by the quality of the product, why is it breaking so much!? If you ask me, it’s scam and I am sick of it!!! I will def be getting a second opinion because the amount of money we’re paying as homeowners, especially on BRAND NEW homes is outrageous!

Installed a new HVAC system and performed some vent work. Had it installed and ready to go in about six hours. Cleaned as they worked. Very professional business. Great prices. Offered labor warranty as well! System works fantastic.

Tyler was very nice and professional when he came to do the maintenance visit. He explained what he was going to be doing. He was thorough and efficient. He left everything cleaned up and tidy. Great job Tyler!

Everything went really well. The tech was so nice and awesome. He took his time figuring out what the problem was and explained everything to me. My unit was under warranty so I didn't pay for anything. Highly recommend this company. I will definitely keep their contact information handy and use them again.

These remarks are concerning Adel Holland the tech who came out after a Tune up was completed discovering a clogged drain line. The previous tech didn't have the needed resource to pressurise and flush it. Adel came out quickly as he could after his day was already completed. Very friendly and quite efficient. Cleared the clog then flushed the drain leaving it flowing and clean as it should be. Really helping the system to function much better then it had been in weeks. I feel he went over and beyond what normally is expected having already completed all his scheduled calls for the day. GREAT job and fantabulous service. No system problems sence... After finishing up and restowing equipment I though he'd said he was going to write his remarks while in his vehicle. But, after a few minutes backed on out and left. I didn't really have a chance to thank him. So pass it on please! Plus, thanks for your USA service to our country!! AC Designs have very reputable techs working to keep your systems running as they should. Thanks AC Designs!!

Amazing professionalism, dedication and knowledge towards the fix to my HVAC issues. Holland is top notch in his work and explaining repair and diagnostics which were not caught by previous company saving me lots of money. I recommend AC Designs and Holland highly!! Purchased a service contract as well at a very reasonable price.

I really never leave reviews honestly but I felt really good about my service done by Joey today. He was very kind & respectful and explained the process well. I wanted a hard-start put in after he did routine maintenance and he explained pricing options and being part of their club to me. He was timely and a great communicator. I appreciate his service for me.

Our recent experience with AC Designs was extremely frustrating.

Our system is less than 5 years old and was installed by AC Designs. It had been cooling our house perfectly. During a routine maintenance visit, the technician told us we “had a leak” but did not locate one. (This comes after a previous leak due to poor installation by AC Designs was already repaired last year.) That same evening, our AC suddenly stopped cooling the house properly.

The next day we scheduled a service call. We waited most of the day with no time window and only learned after calling back that we were on the schedule for after 2 PM. The first technician arrived, did a quick inspection, and initially tried to blame the issue on us supposedly declining refrigerant at a prior maintenance visit (which was incorrect — another technician came three days later and added it). After realizing that wasn’t the case, he said he couldn’t find the problem and wanted to charge $450 to schedule a leak test at a later date — even though the entire reason for the visit was that the previous technician suspected a leak.

After escalating through the office, we were offered a same-day leak test for $300. A second technician came out that evening and checked both the indoor and outdoor units but could not find a leak. The next recommendation was a $1,200 line-set leak test. At that point we declined. For a system under five years old — installed by this same company — those costs felt unreasonable, especially when no leak had actually been identified and a problem only became apparent after the maintenance visit. This of course was ultimately blamed on “coincidence”.

Ultimately the second technician added about 2 lbs of refrigerant so our AC would run through the weekend, and we will be bringing in another company to diagnose the issue.

I will say the last technician we met was professional and courteous, but the overall experience with scheduling, communication, and the escalating diagnostic costs after this sudden “coincidental” problem following a regular maintenance appointment was very frustrating. For a company that installed the system and has serviced it since, we expected much better service.

UPDATE: The company we hired was able to precisely identify the problem within ten minutes of arriving in my house. His quote to repair the issue was less than 50% of the cost I was quoted by AC Designs just to diagnose the problem.

I appreciate good customer service.Jayden was very knowledgeable about my unit and it’s pass parts replacements. His integrity was outstanding informing me that the compressor needed to be replace and it was done not to long ago this year.He replaced the compressor without charge.😇

AC Design serviced our HVAC system and the experience was excellent. The technician was on time, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He inspected the coils, drain line, electrical components, and overall system condition, and showed me what he was seeing instead of rushing through it.
