My A/C unit has had problems since day one and has never operated correctly. Multiple repair attempts by A/C Design failed to fix the original equipment unit installed with the new house build and actually the original installation mistakes contributed to the unit’s current, compromised condition.
The discounts offered do not come close to reflecting the seriousness of the situation or the company’s responsibility for the initial mistakes and ineffective repairs. The proposed solution feels inadequate and unfair given the history.

I urge company leadership to step in, re-evaluate their policy on how they treat warranty issues, and do the right thing.

I needed a second option on our HVAC after a questionable quote for a replacement totalling 29,448.00
So the tech comes out spends some time doing his thing. Comes to find out we do not require an entire new system, at least not yet.

We had another great experience w AC Designs! I noticed our AC wasn't worked Sunday night, made an online request for service, they called in less than 5 minutes to schedule service the next day. The part was ordered Monday and by Tuesday afternoon, everything is working again. I'm grateful for the excellent customer service and quick turnaround.
