My 94 year old mother called me on a Friday morning during extremely cold weather to say her heat stopped working. I called credible AC. They had several other installation appointments that day but added my mother at the end of the day because they were concerned about her. They were at her house until late that night only to discover a full unit replacement or replacement of 4-5 major components was needed. The unit was old. They said it would be Monday before they could parts or a replacement. I took my mom home with me. Monday they called to give pricing for both options. We chose full replacement. They jumped through hoops to get the unit that day and started installation at 4pm. They worked until almost 10pm. They left everything clean and working. My mom was beyond happy. I took her home Tuesday morning and discovered the thermostat was malfunctioning. She would set the unit at 75 degrees and within 30 minutes the thermostat would reset itself to 62 degrees. This happened numerous times. I called the company. They came out that night at 8:30pm to see what was going on. The technician immediately found the issue. The thermostat was programmable and had been programmed ( apparently from the factory)at 62 degrees. Therefore it was overriding what she put in. I told the technician she did not need or want the program feature. He disabled it. He was there 15 minutes. Everything has worked wonderfully since then. My mom is home and is warm and happy. I am 73 years old and have never experienced such a professional, friendly, caring and responsive company in my life. The owners and technicians responded as if they were helping their own families. This company is #1 in my eyes and my mom’s. I could go on but the bottom line is, for friendly, professional , caring and cost efficient service you cannot beat Credible AC. Their name certainly describes them well. Thanks Credible, you were fantastic. May God bless each of you. You ARE the best. By the way, did I mention they replaced my HVAC about 2 months ago with the same impressive pricing and service.

A.C.E. is great! My unit was 13 years old with heavy use, they've helped me several times with repairs but it was finally time for a replacement. They were able to estimate it same-day and came out the next day with the replacement unit. Their installers went right to work upon arrival and didn't stop until the new unit was cooling my house off again. The installers were also knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. A 2-stage unit was installed and I'm the curious type so they patiently explained it to me until I was satisfied I knew enough about it. Definitely recommend A.C.E!

From start to finish, ACE made it easy for me. Calling to request the service, talking to Ashley, confirming the time, getting the confirmation text, solving the issue, and paying the reasonable price was all a pleasure. They are my "go-to" HVAC team!

Great people and reliable service

This company is so rude and disrespectful. Hung up the phone and in my face multiple times. I was called a butthead my Kemm smith . He was here for 5 mins and said he fixed the problem . The problem was not fixed. I have a 5 year old daughter in the home and it’s 85 degrees in my home . I do not recommend these unprofessional people.

This company has installed and completed multiple repairs for our residential property. They came out this morning to install a compressor . After install, left and stated the A/C was working. The tech never entered inside the unit to ensure the install was complete. The resident came home and the a/c did not cool. I called the company to come back out and fix their mistake. I was told the company will not be out until Monday. He stated, “ It must be another part on the inside because his gauges were all over the place after install of the compressor .” This tells me two things, he left knowing the install was faulty ( gauges were not reading correctly) and did not enter the unit to check A/C was cooling after install ( resident had cameras inside, no one entered unit ) . He left a great voice mail to me stating, “ It is what it is.” And see ya on Monday.
Horrible business practice and lazy technician .

Quality work, professional service, polite staff who clean up after themselves. Staff is knowledgeable and have a dependable work ethic. I highly recommend this company for new construction HVAC work and would trust them for maintenance as well. Conscientious, with attention to detail and not only that but the staff are personable and friendly.

AC stopped working last night, called at 8am & these guys got here today between 1p-3pm within the time slot, repaired the unit & got my house cooled off! Cost was reasonable compared to other companies! Workmen were nice & efficient! Would totally use the service again!

I had three different AC companies come out to give me estimates on replacing my AC and heat pump. , Kem Smith came to my house personally. by the way he’s the owner A comfortable environment. . :-) he looked at my current system and gave me several choices to go with. He was the best price and my wife and I felt no pressure to go With him. He has been doing AC installs for over 30 years here in Jacksonville. And he knows what it takes to get your house comfortable and a lower humidity. We went with a comfort maker 3 ton system which is made on the same assembly line as carrier. Within five days of agreeing to the price, he had it installed. Shocking thing was, 15 minutes before his crew were supposed to be here, he shows up by himself and start unloading and unpacking the unit. I thought it was the coolest thing to see the owner being part of the install. So if you’re looking for a reliable, great price and great service air conditioning company, I highly!!! Recommend a comfort environment. Definitely call, kem Smith.
