We had an issue with our air conditioner today. And Howard services sent out Joseph bass. And I have to say he was willing to go the extra mile to figure out the problems. It's very helpful when somebody shows up and actually willing to work. Thank you for your help and hope to see you soon.

Had a couple issues with our heat pump. David from Howard services came out and worked on the heat part and got it working correctly. This afternoon we had issues with the air conditioner part. Called and David came back. After working on it again it was determined that I needed to replace this 9 year old unit. David was very efficient, explained everything to us and was honest enough to let us know we could just start replacing parts. Rather than do that I told him we wanted to replace it. Now to get that done by Howard’s. Have had nothing but excellent service from this company and would hope to have David do any future serving when needed. Top notch company and technician. Five star in my book.

Have used Howard for 30+ years and I have found their initial costs to be a little high, but, long term, the quality of their service has more than made up for the initial costs. They are a company you can invest in and they will save you money, based on high-quality performance.
As a follow-up, I use their annual program and I have never felt any pressure to do additional work. They do, on a regular basis, let me know how my unit is doing as it ages. This allows me to plan for replacement and keep up on the latest standards and trends in the HVAC area.

Scott, your technician came prepared and when expected. Explained the issues and offered solutions. Very professional! We’ll be using Howard Services again.

Today's technician, Fletch, was another excellent experience. His thorough explanation, his courtesy and professionalism is what we have been accustomed and appreciate so much.

Just had my 6 month check up on our Howard Services-installed system. Technician David did an excellent and thourough job, as always. We are very happy with Howard Services. They are quick to send technicians out if problems arise. I recommend taking advantage of their twice per year system check up. Preventative maintenance is a great way of heading off problems, plus it allows the technicians to become familiar with your system. I noticed the technicians keep and refer to histories of past visits and services rendered. It's good that they know what's been done prior to their service call. Thanks Howard Services.

I don’t know anything about the business it’s self, however there is a white dude driving a work van while smoking a cigarette, October 19th 4:06 pm getting off baldwin exit, driving work truck 12, who was speeding insanely trying to cut through traffic, using no turn signals and almost hitting me and another car, while i was on my way home. Again i know nothing about the company and or the services are, but if the company allows a man like this to drive recklessly, the operations/ morals of this company may not be the best. I’m
hoping something gets done about this, because this man is a hazard on the road.

I used Howard Services to replace my ancient A/C unit in my home ASAP before the summer heat went into full effect
From the first interaction to schedule a consultation visit, to the installation and the subsequent service after the install Howard Services has provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.
The sales team provided options to meet my budget requirements and the installation team were quick, courteous, and thorough.
They explained everything they did and how to operate the new system in simple layman's terms.
The subsequent service call we required was just as great an interaction.
I can't recommend Howard Services enough, your expectations will be exceeded time and time again by their knowledgeable and caring staff.

Howard Services was able to service my a/c the very next day after identifying a leak in my unit. They quoted me a very reasonable price and completed the work efficiently. Pictures and explanations/rational was provided as requested and the technician was very helpful on how to prevent the issue in the future. 5 out of 5 stars!

I had a freezer that stopped Cooling and required maintenance asap. I contacted Howard services this morning and they had someone dispatched within an hour. Adam came out walked us through the steps of what he did what maintenance would be required to repair the system and was able to get our freezer back up and running in no time. Very fast, and professional.

Update: Since you want to respond with nonsense, I do NOT have the wrong company. You know darn well who I am or do you do these types of things to a lot of people?

This is an extremely unprofessional company! I would not recommend doing business with them at all.

They came to service my commercial HVAC units and the first invoice they sent me had a zero balance, so I assumed that it had been taken care of by part of a previous maintenance agreement by the person I am subleasing from. Then they sent me another invoice later with a balance and net 30 terms showing that it was due in 30 days. Then this company then proceeded to harass me on my personal cell phone and the work phone at my business at least 6-8 times a day calling over and over again wanting payment on an invoice with a due date that is not even due yet. Their phone number comes through a spam, which is concerning therefore, my staff do not answer and they would continue to call nonstop clogging up the lines at my business so customers could not get through.

Furthermore, I sent them an email explaining my position, which they shared publicly and with my business partner. This is not only a breach of privacy, but extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. I will be filing suit against this company. If they are that desperate to get payment on an invoice that is not even due yet, obviously they are not a reputable company and are clearly struggling. I would run very far from this company.

Furthermore, they had the drain line just draining over the back door of my business, which was spraying water all on the ground, all over us as we would walk out the back door and rusted the metal back door, etc. I had to pay another company to fix this company’s negligence.

We had a great experience with Howard’s Services. David was fantastic — reliable, hardworking, and very professional. Mrs. Gay in the office is wonderful to work with, and dispatch stays on top of everything. Great communication the whole way through, and that really builds trust. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a difference it makes when you hire a real professional. My technician came out within a couple of days notice to replace my outside unit because a previous technician from another company had wired everything wrong and immediately blew the compressor. This technician from credible AC did a fast and amazing job, a real and trustworthy professional.

I used them for a new unit in January 2022. Some of the vents were leaking and I called them in September. I have seven vents in my house. It’s a small two bedroom two bath house. They told me they wanted $450 per vent to fix the leaks. Do the math…They caused some of the leaks when they install the new unit. I would not recommend these people at all. They’re rude and they’re very obnoxious. Next to find a better AC company.

I was surprised how fast they came and repaired my AC unit. 5 stars, I think this company deserves it.

Vadim came out with another employee and did an amazing job on installing a new system for the house! All the work was completed in a day with a new indoor, outdoor and thermostat, brining the house up up to code. It was a professional and clean job. House has been staying nice and cool now going into summer, couldn’t be happier with the service and pricing
