Howard Services has service my A/C system for years. They have always been responsive and professional with every call. Their residential technicians are helpful and efficient. Whether an emergency or a service call I would highly recommend this company.

A few days ago, my thermostat gave out after 10 years. I bought another one and installed it myself. Only problem is that something happened to the ac unit itself. I called Howard Services and spoke to a phone rep, who said it sounded like an easy fix. Naturally I was relieved. Dayle came out and looked at a few things, fixed a connection, and replaced a fuse. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Like the phone rep said, an easy fix. I realize anyone could have come out and said I needed a new thermostat, but not this company.
The unit was working but appeared to not be as cool as before. I called Howard back and told them of the issue. Without hesitation Kevin came out that night. He tested a few things and located the problem. His knowledge and professionalism were clearly on display. Another fix, and I was back to working normally. Never did I feel like I was being taken or misled. I highly recommend this company for their courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. I am not a relative of the company or a personal friend. Just a very happy customer who will call them my a/c company from now on.

I’m a business owner and have Howard service maintenance all of my equipment including my walk-in cooler and freezer. And 3 air conditioning units. Evan is my usual technician but have also had the pleasure of having Adam Scott Dayle and Ray. Any time i have a problem they are on it. Very professional and so friendly. Fair prices too. I will always use them.

Technician Adam was at my house within 45 minutes of my request for service. He was courteous and very knowledgeable; he diagnosed the issue with our central heat/air quickly and then gave us options for repair. Once he was able to identify the problem he explained that because our system was older it would be in our best interest to replace the entire unit rather than deal with a barrage of expensive repairs in the future. He explained the difference between the different units, and their efficiency. He helped us to get the best system for our home at the best price.

Adam is great! His work is superb and efficient. He explains everything and hope I can always have him come exclusively. I have had Howard Services over the years and would definitely recommend them to anybody needing a/c purchase or repair!!!

Howard Services to the rescue! I had another company, Service Experts, tell me that I needed a part replaced which could be a very expensive. This part was covered under the manufacturer warranty, but not my one year home warranty. After trying for 3 days to get an estimate on the labor with no success, I called Howard Services. They came out the same day & discovered that the disconnect had been taken out and turned over as well as a low voltage wire had been undone. They corrected these two things and my unit was running perfectly. The other company said I needed a part that I did not, and it appeared that the unit had been tampered with to not work correctly. It taught me to always get a second opinion. Thank you Howard Services for your great service & honesty!

I love my new HVAC Carrier system!! Howard Services was great and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left my home on Monday. Their customer service was outstanding and they made me smile which is hard to do, especially when I’m spending money..I would recommend them to anyone who is having AC trouble. I have a maintenance agreement with Howard Services and scheduled an appointment for a routine check of my system on May 27, 2021. Matthew arrived an was very personable and professional. He checked and cleaned the system, recommended replacement to two electrical components which I agreed to and added some freon. Matthew was very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient and explained what he was doing. We are about to enter the hottest part of the year and I don't want to make an emergency ($$$) AC repair call. I have had Howard Services for serveral years and would definitely recommend them and Matthew to anybody needing a/c purchase, maintenance, or repair.

He was extremely thorough and even fixed a problem I've been dealing with for over a year with one of the bedrooms. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'll be requesting him from now on.

I have been using Howard Services for several years. With their awesome and honest repair technicians, I managed to get 26 years out of my Trane unit. I knew I was on borrowed time, and when I decided to bite the bullet and replace the entire system, I knew exactly who I wanted to do the job. I did not need to waste my time by shopping around in an attempt to save a few dollars. I was confident that Howard Services would give me the best deal possible and the right sized unit to meet my needs.... And they did! Stewart and Chris were very knowledgeable and straight forward. The installation guys were super nice, professional and very trustworthy. After my new unit was installed, I hired Howard Services to clean my air ducts. All I can say is WOW!! No more musty smell when the air kicks on and I am not having to dust my furniture nearly as often as before! Very seldom do I ever take the time to write a review for a business or product, but I am so pleased with Howard Services that I felt compelled to share.

Howard Services is NOT the company it was a few years ago. In my profession we use AC companies liberally. Howard Services has struggled to get it done, offered lame excuses, and refuse to come back and install expensive units that have failed since Howard Services installed them incorrectly. I even paid the engineer who designed the units to assist them and Howard Services ignored their recommendations. Tough to say but this business went from an A+ to a D- since a change in either management or ownership. Many better options out there.
